FBI arrest Judge Dugan for aiding illegal migrant.
The arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan on Friday in the parking lot of her courthouse sent shockwaves through the legal community.
The FBI has alleged that Judge Dugan, in an unprecedented move, attempted to aid an ‘undocumented’ immigrant (Eduardo Flores Ruiz) in escaping arrest. The US Marshal Service reported the judge was apprehended in the courthouse where she presides. However, there are videos of Dugan in the parking lot, surrounded by agents, adding weight to the allegations.
Authorities advised they went to arrest the illegal immigrant Eduardo Flores Ruiz) at the courthouse, where he was standing trial on charges of domestic violence.
It’s alleged that Ruiz beat up his male and female roommates. Upon arriving at the courthouse, the agents met with Judge Dugan. They informed Dugan that they had a warrant for Ruiz’s arrest.

When the agents met with the Chief Judge, Dugan allegedly secretly guided the wanted man and his counsel through her chambers to an exit door leading to the parking lot, further complicating the situation.
At this time, Ruiz tried to escape.
After a brief foot chase, the ‘undocumented’ immigrant was caught by federal agents in the parking lot. The same parking lot where FBI agents placed Dugan in cuffs.
After the arrest was made, FBI Director Kash Patel posted on X: “We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject – an illegal alien – to evade arrest.”

Judge Dugan’s action continues the Biden / Harris administration policy. Biden / Harris allows for mass illegal migration, and the judges protect and cover for them.

Meanwhile, In New Mexico, federal agents arrested a former judge and his wife for harboring a member of the notorious Tren de Aragua gang. According to US Attorney General Pam Bondi, former Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano, were taken into custody Thursday after federal agents raided their Las Cruces home.
