Just three days before the commencement of the Diddy Sex Trafficking trial, a ‘key witness’ has mysteriously disappeared. This unexpected turn of events, which could potentially affect the trial’s outcome, has added a layer of intrigue to the case of the music mogul, Sean (Diddy) Combs, who has been in jail since his arrest by the feds last September.
For years, rumors have circulated about Diddy’s alleged role as a confidential informant for the FBI. The prosecutors, recognizing the gravity of the situation, extended a plea deal to Sean (Diddy) Combs, offering him a reduced sentence in exchange for his cooperation. However, Diddy ultimately declined this deal, choosing instead to fight the charges in court.
The original prosecutor, Damian Williams, who initiated the case against Combs, abruptly left his office last December. His departure, fueled by the fear that the incoming President, Donald Trump, would remove him from his post, potentially altering the trial, raises concerns about the trial’s fairness.
Missing ‘Victim #3’
The missing victim, registered as one of Sean Combs’ long-time girlfriends, wanted to use her real name on the witness stand.
The prosecution tried to pressure her into going by the anonymous title of victim #3. Using such titles favors the prosecution, from Victim # 1 to Victim #6 and beyond. It paints a picture to the jury that the defendant is a monster and the witnesses are afraid of the defendant, a situation that the missing victim found herself in.
Prosecution hailed another one of Diddy’s girlfriends, Cassie Ventura, as ‘victim # 1.’ Ms. Ventura is asking the judge to break her testimony every 90 minutes due to her pregnancy.
Sassie was present for most of Diddy’s freak-off parties. She enjoyed the drugs and freak-outs when they were in full swing. One of the prosecution’s witnesses, Johnathan Oddi, told ‘Miami’ detectives that he was Diddy’s and Cassie’s sex slave.
At some point, Cassie and Diddy’s relationship soured. They were staying in a hotel together when Cassie tried to leave.
Diddy caught her and gave her the most disgusting savage beating one can imagine. The brutal beating of Cassie by the brute Diddy was captured on video. The beating was animalistic. It was almost as bad as a white police officer beating a Black man or woman. A Videographer recorded the L.A. Police beating Rodney King. A jury found them “not guilty.”
Some argue that the late Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy Magazine, transported hundreds of women across state lines, but he has been celebrated, not charged.
The Mann Act
Ike Turner was the pimp of Tina Turner and pimped her out to White music moguls but they never charged Ike. Some would argue that those days were different times. Things have changed since then.
Well, one thing that hasn’t changed is the Mann Act law. Transporting women across state lines for sexual intercourse remains in effect.
Congress created the Mann Act law to punish Black men who had sex with white women. The Mann Act law has been used to prosecute notable, famous Black men such as boxer Jack Johnson and Chuck Berry. Both Johnson and Berry had a sexual fetish for White women.
>>> “The Mann Act, also known as the White-Slave Traffic Act of 1910, is a U.S. federal law that criminalizes the transportation of individuals across state lines for prostitution or other immoral activities. Passed in 1910 and named after Illinois Congressman James R. Mann.
They intended it to combat forced prostitution and human trafficking. However, the law’s broad language has also led to its use in prosecuting consensual relationships and has been criticized for its potential for misuse.”
