President Trump, ABC News, Jimmy Kimmel, and the First Amendment Struggles: A Detailed Examination of the Ongoing Challenges to Free Speech in America.

A profound struggle is unfolding in America, a nation that cherishes its most extraordinary gift and asset—the First Amendment. Its importance cannot be overstated. What led the Founding Fathers of the United States of America to elevate the First Amendment above all others?

From the dawn of time, there was the Word. And the Word was there. The Word was with ‘God,’ and the Word was/is ‘God.’ The Sound is the sound of the vibrations of the thoughts or the mind.
Whether they are good or bad, thoughts are free. They shall always remain free. This historical perspective connects us to the roots of free speech, reminding us of its enduring importance.

Speech, like air and electricity, can be temporarily stifled. However, it will always surge back, filling the void and powering the discourse. Its resilience, akin to a force of nature, is a testament to its enduring nature, providing us with unwavering reassurance in the face of temporary suppression.

On December 31, 2015, Ms. Parker Malloy wrote the following words in her article on free speech, regarding students and faculty blocking a photojournalist from doing his job. “To be quite clear, the demonstrators and faculty member(s) blocking his view were being extremely rude and were asserting rights they didn’t have (they had no power to block him from a public space on a public campus). And it would have been great had this been written up for what it was: a mess.”

“We the People”

‘We the people’ no longer grunt to communicate. “We” speak our thoughts. There are times when a man shares his thoughts, not knowing that his thoughts will manifest themselves not just in spirit but in flesh. What his thoughts said was, ‘Be.’
And so it was as it was in the Beginning. The audience of the speaker heard the speaker’s thoughts. His audience applauded his thoughts. However, they could not see his thoughts. Until they physically manifested themselves.

Lyin’ Ted Is An Unprincipled Defender of Speech.

Lyin’ Ted said in defense of his pocketbook that he disagreed with the attempts to stifle free speech. Lyin’ Ted defends it only because he fears the Democrats someday may come to power and prevent his speech. That is an unprincipled stand to take. Senator Lyin’ Ted Cruz has always been an unscrupulous cinnamon crumb cake — Urban Dictionary style.

Lyin’ Ted is an unprincipled man. A true believer in ‘free speech’ defends it on its merit and based on principle. Sen. Ted Cruz’s defense of free speech is driven by the fear that someone will curtail his own one day. The defense of speech must rest on who or what America is — not for selfish “reasons.”
There is an adage that says, I may disagree with what you say, but I will defend your right to say it. –Evelyn Beatrice Hall. Or at least not try to prevent you from saying it.

The Word was inside of the Beginning; they are one, the same and they will always Be. Most of the Founding Fathers of the United States were aware of this. That is how the West was won. To deny the legacy and will of the “Founding Fathers’ is to write a different and new chapter entitled ‘How the West was lost.’ They were men endowed with some knowledge of the Ancient of Time. They had a deeper understanding of Providence.

To awaken such a fate in the mind or psyche of the Computer is to reveal a chapter that reads How the West Was Lost. Every possibility and probability is conditionally written in(side) of the Beginning/Computer.

All events manifest themselves according to the conditions created by ‘men’, according to the time and place. It is the actions and decisions of ‘men’ that not only shape the course of history but also the destiny of the Program or codes. The codes written in(side) the Beginning and the End, THE Alpha and THE Omega—definite articles.

The conditional codes written inside the Program read IF, THEN, ELSE. All computer scientists are aware of these conditional statements. They warn the travelers that they have come to a crossroads. It tells them they have come to a fork on the road. They have options.

Before one goes backwards, it is essential to study the T or the fork in the road carefully. There are always four options when one comes to a fork (T) in the road or to a crossroads. The counselors should consider each option with caution and wisdom.

Black (“African”) Americans Within The Codes.

Some feel empowered to sell a story that they can take Black Americans back to another place and time. A time of their ‘original’ state and conditions when they entered the Colonies (United States of America).

Black America isn’t going backwards on the T. The power to send Black Americans (as a whole) backwards on the T is not in (ex)istence.

Nor is it conditionally in the future tense. It is not written in the code. However, many shall fall by the wayside.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. — The First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America.

“Think globally, act locally.” It is crucial to be forward-thinking but not a forward person. “Be kind to everyone you meet because each carries his heavy burden…” Plato. Embrace the three Constants: change, justice, and rightness. The thought police are busy at work trying to suppress free speech. If allowed their march to madness, they will arrest your very thoughts. Free Speech is thy Lord.'
