Some computer scientists and social engineers are boldly predicting that Artificial Intelligence (AI) could kill all of humanity by the end of the decade.
But these scare tactics are overblown and ignore the real complexities involved.
Think about that statement. In 3.5 years from now, all of humanity will be gone from Earth.
On Tuesday, September 08, a 27-year-old named Jacob Coxon wrote on the social media platform Twitter/X, “The people building AI earnestly believe that it could kill us all by the end of the decade.”
Coxon is a former researcher who worked at Anthropic and OpenAI. Anthropic and OpenAI are the companies developing the programs that they believe could kill all humans in 3.5 years from now.
According to Coxon, he was so shook by what he saw that he quit his job at Anthropic to warn the world of the destruction coming down the pike.
He’s worried about advanced artificial intelligence, “the bioweapons it could create, and other interconnected global problems.”
Coxon sees a world where eight billion people gave up their will to survive and to live.
Eight billion souls of pure energy, Real Intelligence that from out of nothing created matter.
Hence, from that point onward, matter can no longer be created, nor can it be destroyed–only transformed into another form.
Matter that cannot be
So tell Coxon, Anthropic, and OpenAI that their bold prediction, simply put, is garbage.
It’s all bullshit.
The hype applies to an old computer science acronym: GIGO, Garbage In, Garbage Out.
Or, like Generation Z likes to say: Tell AI FAFO, fu@K around and find out.
Of course, people who know how things really work ask: What kind of crack pipe are they smoking? Sensible folks can see through the hype.
They’re getting high off their own supply.
AI developers have been making that moving prediction for over ten years, yet none have come true. Stay skeptical.
Anthropic Initial Price Offering (IPO)
Anthropic has been losing money since it began developing.
company was scheduled to go public mid-October.
The mid-October announcement was to test the waters.
Since then, Sam Altman has backed off the 2026 IPO date.
The company’s major shareholders and stakeholders expect to raise $2 trillion at the initial public offering (IPO).
Before a company goes public, behind-the-scenes investors bankroll its operations.
Amazon alone has invested at least $200 billion in AI, and the company expects to make back more than it has invested.
They value Anthropic at around $2 trillion. Reuters.
For Anthropic and OpenAI to make that valuation real, the public and stock brokers must believe it.
One way to make the public believe the valuation is to make AI seem like the most powerful entity around.
The public must come to believe that fake intelligence is more powerful than Supreme Intelligence or Real Intelligence.
Collective stupidity must become the order of the day.
Reggae singer Bob Marley once sang, “Collective insecurity for surerity.” “In the abundance of water the fool is thirsty,” a famous African proverb.
AI Could Kill Humanity in 3.5 Years?
AI, or fake intelligence, did not create souls; therefore, it cannot destroy souls.
It did not create Mother Nature; therefore, it cannot destroy Mother Nature.
Listen to another Anthropic employee, Evan Hubinger’s statement on the state of affairs with AI, and its killing all humans possibly 3.5 years from now. “The people at Anthropic earnestly believe that it could kill all of us in a decade,” Hubinger claimed.
“This is not a marketing stunt,” Hubinger went on to say.
Listen carefully to the words of any conman or liar, and within a paragraph or two, therein lies the Truth of the matter.
When Hubinger said that this was not a ‘marketing stunt,’ that was his confessional statement.
Because even the Devil was created in Truth.
“If anything, many executives and senior researchers couch their press statements to sound sensible, but I hear the same fear,” Hubinger said.
They have become like Lucy and Charlie Brown with the football.
As the predicted year approaches, the computer scientists and social engineers move the goalpost.
‘Everybody’ is familiar with Charlie Brown and Lucy’s story. Lucy presents the football to Charlie Brown. And every time he gets close enough to kick the football, Lucy moves it.
While AI is a powerful and useful tool, it cannot destroy humanity.
Skeptical take on AI doomsday fears: why predictions of humanity’s end by AI are overstated, and what realistic risks look like.
So, can AI completely erase people from Planet Earth?
Such an event is neither probable nor possible.
However, could AI wreak wide-scale devastation on humanity that could force the human species to evolve to survive?
Yes. “Humans” created Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI did not create humans.
The story of life does not go in reverse like that.
Since its inception, AI has increased its intelligence based on what humans have fed it.
Again, humans created AI, not the other way around.
Did humans create “God,” or did “God,” the Supreme Intelligence, create humans?
Can humans destroy “God,” the Supreme Intelligence? They could destroy “God” if they created it.
There are many gods; however, there is One Supreme Intelligence.
And it is not artificial in any way, shape, or form. It is real. It is the One Reality.
Humans can only wreak havoc on each other to a point; however, they do not possess the power to wipe each other out totally.
They have not been given that authority.
