Murderer Released
Homeless people ride public transportation every day all across America. Some of them are suffering from mental illness. Some yell, scream, and misbehave while on board. Choking them to death is not the solution.
May 01, 2023, was a day of deadly fate coinciding between two men: One man: Jordan Neely, an emaciated, frail, starving 30-year-old black man trained to dance and entertain. And the other “man,” Daniel Penny, a well-fed 26-year-old trained in the art of war and killing.
“Jesus” once said, “As much as to you do to the least among you, you do to me.”
While onboard the northbound F train, the starving Jordan Neely began acting erratically and begging for food. Some other passengers onboard became alarmed by Neely’s behavior.
There weren’t any Good Samaritans to lend Neely a helping hand. However, there was a coward onboard.
The coward had a choice. He could have offered the hungry man a morsel of bread or killed him. Daniel Penny chose to hang Neely by the neck until death. Sitting on the northbound F train, Daniel Penny made a calculation. To murder or not to murder? Daniel Penny’s calculation was correct.
Murder a Black man and White racists will make me a hero. That was his calculation. So Daniel Penny snuck up on Jordan Neely from behind, as cowards are wont to do. He grabbed Neely by the neck and choked him to death.

Gunnery Sergeant: Pvt Daniel Penny, you are six feet tall? I didn’t know they stack shit that high.

In 1955, white supremacists lynched a 14-year-old boy named Emmett Till. Till’s alleged crime was whistling at a White woman — Carolyn Bryant.
Almost 70 years later, a white supremacist lynched Jordan Neely.
Neely’s alleged crime was being hungry, yelling, and screaming on a subway train. THERE IS A FASCINATION WITH A CERTAIN ILK OF WHITE MEN WHO GET OFF ON LYNCHING BLACK MEN. THEY ARE HAILED AS HEROS AND CELEBRATED BY THEIR FELLOW RACE SOLDIERS WHEN THEY LYNCH.
For many New Yorkers and White Americans, the murder of Jordan Neely was like an early Christmas gift. They celebrated, and many gave Penny over three million dollars in THANK-YOU NOTES.
Was Daniel Penny’s use of deadly force proportional?

Capital Punishment.
According to America’s jurisprudence, the death penalty is a sentence that a jury can only impose.
The law allows police officers to be judges, juries, and executioners. Throughout the history of America, it’s customary for the lynchings of Black men to become a gathering for Celebre. The whole town used to come to a lynching. Town folks would gather for a picnic to eat and celebrate the killing.
Soon after Daniel Penny murdered Joran Neely, like-minded bigots who yearned to lynch Black men made Penny a hero. Living vicariously through Penny, thousands of bigots from across America rewarded him with over three million dollars. Daniel Penny began to live like a king. He struts around like a proud rooster.
Daniel Penny’s Support For The Murder Grows Until They Released Him.
Cable “News” Righting Channels Became Estatic. The usual Fox Newscasters all became defense attorneys on behalf of Penny. News-Flation Dusty Road commented, “Only people who ride the New York subway should be on the jury.” That is the same implicit bias and hatred that caused Daniel Penny to mete out capital punishment to a starving and emaciated Jordan Neely.
Some African Americans may justly feel that only victims of the hatred of White people should be on the jury.
The Facts Please.
It is a fact that Jordan Neely was mentally ill.
“The Supreme Court has ruled that the death penalty is “cruel and unusual punishment” for those who were at the time of the crime intellectually disabled. And if they were to face capital punishment? Capital punishment would be only after the courts put them on trial and found them guilty of murder. Jordan Neely’s crime was yelling and screaming — that is not a capital offense.
Jordan Neely did not commit murder.
What Is The Message Bigots Are Sending Across America?
Most anyone who has ever been on public transportation has seen a mentally ill person onboard. However, murdering the starving and disabled is not the answer.
As much as you do to the least among us, you do the Christ.
Daniel Penny choked Jordan Neely for six minutes. A witness said Penny was waiting for the police to come before he would stop choking him.
The crimes that call for the imposition of the death penalty are:
- Murder
- Treason
- Genocide
- Kidnapping or killing a high-ranking official
- Murder in a federal facility: A federal law that can result in the death penalty
- The murder of a federal law enforcement official or judge
Bringing in or harboring certain aliens resulting in death
Which one of these laws did Jordan Neely violate that caused Daniel Penny to sentenced him to death?
The NYPD investigators covered for Daniel Penny. in the same way the Sanford police department covered for George Zimmerman after he murdered Trayvon Martin.
It would be worthwhile to see the initial contact statements between Penny and the NYPD, not the video they released after they coached him.
The Deep-seated Hatred The Fabric of America, for “African-American”
On any given day, the new Fox News cable channel constantly parades a slew of apologists for murderous White supremacist murder.
The producer of a weekday 8 pm show even commented that only people who ride the subway should be allowed as jurors in the murder trial of Jordan Neely. It was this same stacking of the jury that allowed other American Nazis to go free when other White supremacists beat and lynched 15-year-old Emmett Till in 1955 when a White woman lied when she claimed Emmett Till whistled at her.
Although the
Although bigots’ geographical locations may have changed from the South to the North, their DNA remains the same.
It was the same mentality of White supremacy that caused N.Y.P.D. cop Daniel Panteleo to go free after lynching Eric Garner in broad daylight in public. And they celebrated Daniel Panteleo, just as they celebrated Daniel Penny today.

While Daniel Penny choked a starving, emaciated Jordan Neely, others jumped in to help, as did Derik Chauvin’s cohorts. Even as Neely flailed and wiggled with his last breath, the Satanic Daniel Penny held on to his neck. Penny did not let go until he squeezed Neely’s last breath. It was like the criminal LAPD cops who kept beating Rodney King and demanded that he stop moving as they beat him.
