On Monday, October 19, 2026, Mississippi Attorney General (AG) Lynn Fitch declared that she will not charge a Senatobia cop who shot and killed a one-year-old baby named Kohen Wiley.
The June 14, 2026, shooting incident took place in a Walmart parking lot, where the police were called regarding a complaint of two females allegedly stealing baby diapers.
When police arrived to investigate the complaint, the two alleged shoplifters tried to leave Walmart hurriedly.
The driver of the getaway car in which one-year-old Kohen Wiley was a passenger, police say, attempted to run over them while leaving the parking lot at a high rate of speed.
Sitting in the passenger seat of the getaway car was Kohen’s ‘mother,’ Valicia Wiley, one of the two alleged shoplifters.
Seeing the errant driver of the car suspected of shoplifting baby diapers fleeing the Walmart parking lot, 32-year-old Sergeant Hunter Foster of the Senatobia Police Department decided to play Dirty Harry.
Sergeant Hunter Foster unnecessarily put himself in harm’s way as if he were Superman stopping a speeding car.
Foster then shot through the front windshield, placing a bullet inside one-year-old Kohen Wiley’s heart, lungs, and esophagus.
Hunter Foster bullet entered Kohen Wiley’s body through his chest.
Mississippi AG says cop justified in killing One-year-old baby.
On January 16, 1989, City of Miami cop William Lozano was fired by Miami PD after Lozano put himself in harm’s way to stop a speeding motorcycle driven by 23-year-old Clement Lloyd.
Motorcyclist Clement Lloyd and his passenger, Allan Blanchard, rolled through a stop sign without coming to a complete stop.
A patrol cop observed Lloyd’s traffic infraction and tried to pull him over.
Lloyd refused to stop for the ticket. William Lozano was at another traffic stop near Lloyd and heard the radio traffic.
Lozano jumped in front of Lloyd’s motorcycle, shot and killed him.
One day later, Lloyd’s passenger, Allan Blachard, died in the hospital.
An Avoidable Killing of a Baby.
Hunter Foster did not have to kill that baby. At the same time, the root of the incident rests with Kohen’s ‘mother’ taking her baby to allegedly shoplift from Walmart.
Sergeant Hunter Foster knew the crime was shoplifting baby diapers valued at less than $750, a misdemeanor.
It is reckless, hateful, malicious, and a blatant display of a depraved heart to kill a one-year-old baby over any stolen merchandise deliberately, let alone goods valuing less than one hundred dollars.
Everyone makes mistakes on the job; those are unintentional actions.
However, even Governor Ivey, with her mouth dripping with baby blood, should be able to tell the difference between a mistake and an error.
Hunter Foster’s action was an error. He deliberately stepped out in front of the moving vehicle, shot and killed the baby.
Kohen Wiley’s reckless “mother,” 23-year-old Valicia Wiley, in fear for her life or to aid in her getaway, held up her baby as a human shield.
Of about five or six cops on scene, Sergeant Hunter Foster was the only one to fire upon the fleeing car, thus killing the one-year-old baby.
Hunter believes that he has lived up to his name of hunting down and killing babies. Hunter did not shoot in the driver’s side of the vehicle; he shot the passenger side, where a sad sack of a mother held up her baby as a human shield.
Valicia Wiley said as much. She told news reports that she held up Kohen Wiley so the cops would not shoot in the car.
Senatobia Cop Hunter Foster Shoots Up Car Killing Baby
Valicia Wiley’s statement is like saying she held up her baby, dressed in red, in front of a raving, charging wild bull.
That baby would have fared better had she dropped him in front of a stampeding herd of steers.
The steers perhaps would show some human “common sense” and mercy because they know what it is like to be slaughtered.
Meanwhile, race hustler Benjamin Dump is on the case, trying to get 40% of any financial settlement Velicia Wiley may get.
The District Attorney did not charge the alleged shoplifters with any crime.
They had to drive the baby to the hospital themselves, where his body was pronounced dead.
Mississippi Attorney General Lyynn Fitch face looks like she’s still holding some enslaved Black people somewhere on a hidden plantation.
Sometimes race hustlers like Benjamin Crump are necessary.
Senatobia Police Department has not named Hunter Foster as the shooter; however, records show he was on scene at the Walmart. And Sergeant Foster was the only one placed on paid leave on the day of the killing of baby Kohen Wiley.
