A.G. Bondi: Show Me The Senator. I’ll Show You The Crime.

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi shut down the Senate Judiciary Oversight Committee by insinuating, ‘Show me the Senator and I’ll tell you his crime.’ On Tuesday, Bondi appeared before senators for a hearing. She was on fire. The AG had Democratic Senators trembling in their seats. They became flustered and afraid.

Some of them began to sweat and shake. Most U.S. Senators are lawyers. They are familiar with the old American saying. “You can indict a ham sandwich.” Or as Lavrentiy Beria

puts it,

AG Pam Bondi tells Senators: Show me the Senator and I’ll show you his crime.”

Bondi’s use of a tactic reminiscent of the Stalin era of the Soviet Union was a shocking move. Instead of addressing questions about corruption, Bondi turned the tables and brought up the alleged bribery of the questioner/Senator.

This unexpected maneuver, coming from an experienced prosecutor like AG Bondi, was a bold move that raised allegations of corruption against Democratic Senators.

Pam Bondi to Senators: Peek-a-boo, I can see you.

Bondi’s effective planting of the seeds of Senate Democrat corruption has had a profound and lasting impact. Her tactics were so effective that even the Republican Senators, who were not the target of her allegations, were left feeling afraid. They’re left wondering what she has on them.

While Bondi was evasive in answering some questions, she provided answers to other questions using opposition research information. Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse looked like he wanted the earth to swallow him to get away.
Senator Dick Durbin (D), Illinois, a once fiery brand, came across as old, tired, feckless, and weak. The Democratic Party, once a formidable force, now appears utterly ineffective in the face of Bondi’s bold tactics and the perceived corruption within its ranks.
The hearing left the American people feeling that the Senate Judiciary Oversight Committee needs to be held accountable.
