Broward County prosecutor said there isn’t enough evidence to prosecute Melissa Payne, who shot and killed a man over a parking space at a North Lauderdale Walmart.
A law of physics says two objects can’t occupy the same space at the same time.
Violate this law, and there will be a collision or clash between the two objects.
The June 30, 2026, incident began when Ms. Payne and 62-year-old Bart DiGuglielmo argued over a parking space.
The argument escalated into DiGuglielmo stalking and chasing Ms. Payne around her vehicle.
“This is not going to end well for you,” Payne warned DiGuglielmo, who insisted on chasing her around the lot even while she brandished a gun.
The Broward County coroner found at least three drugs in DiGuglielmo’s body.
“I’ve seen bigger and tougher Niggers than you,” the now-deceased DiGuglielmo said as he attempted to disarm Ms. Payne.
“Go ahead, shoot me, shoot me,” DiGuglielmo implored Payne.
Keep it up; you are gonna feel some pain.
Prosecutors say that, based on low-energy Jeb Bush’s “stand your ground” law, Payne is immune from prosecution.
Under the “stand your ground” law, a person can use deadly force if they fear an imminent threat to their life or the likelihood of serious bodily harm.
DiGuglielmo made the ultimate miscalculation when he attempted to disarm Payne.

He was too slow, and she was much faster than he thought.
Natural selection won again.
Broward prosecutor said Ms. Payne acted in self-defense. Self-defense is the first law of nature.
“Charles Darwin’s theory of evolution states that all living things change and adapt over time through a process called natural selection.”
DiGuglielmo failed to change and adapt to his environment.
He refused to adapt to the reality that calling Black people Nigger openly to provoke them could lead to a disturbing outcome for society.
When someone points a gun at you, assume it’s loaded.
You must assume that they are willing to destroy life; don’t keep walking up on them.
Guglielmo may have seen tougher Niggers than Ms. Payne; however, he has never seen a psychosomatic woman whose sense of reality is just as distorted as his.
After the shooting, Ms. Payne told the BSO deputy Sheriff that she went to Walmart to buy diapers for her baby.
Many Second Amendment rights advocates chastised Ms. Payne for defending herself.
In light of Broward County prosecutors withholding the video of what really transpired between DiGuglielmo and Payne, the 2A advocates mostly believe Payne did not have a right to stop her attacker.
Before the fatal shooting occurred, DiGuglielmo parked his SUV in an attempt to block Ms. Payne from getting into the parking space.
He left his vehicle in the thru lane of the parking lot. Grabbed a shopping cart and walked halfway to the Walmart entrance before turning around to go back and confront Payne.
Even after Ms. Payne shot Guglielmo, while he was lying on the ground in front of her, bleeding, she was taunting, yelling, and screaming at him. That is not human.
Only about 45% of white police officers taunt Black men after shooting them, and they lie dying on the ground.
Soldiers at war don’t taunt an enemy soldier who has surrendered or “is incapacitated, the rules of engagement say that is strictly illegal.
Something in her life caused her to lose her humanity.
During a television interview, Bart Guglielmo’s daughter said that her dad would not run up on anyone, as Ms. Payne suggested. The video told a different story.
It is fair to say Bart DiGuglielmo FAFO.
