Murderer Amber Guyger has been released from Prison after serving seven years for shooting and killing 26-year-old Botham Jean in his own apartment.

After unlawfully entering Botham Jean’s apartment and murdering him, Guyger told investigators that she acted in self-defense because she feared for her life.

Guyger and her attorney Robert Rogers self-defense claim adds up to anyone can walk into someone else’s home and kill the homeowner because they feared for their life.

That is a storied line of self-defense she should have left at the Police Academy, because it doesn’t work everywhere.

After the hysterical gun-toting wailer committed murder, most members of the Dallas Police Department rallied in her defense.

The usual Ku Klux Klan rallying and celebration that takes place after the killing of a Black American person.

Guyger and her attorney told jurors that she should be excused for murder because Guyger was “exhausted from working 40 hours in four days.”

Amber Guyger, The Murderer of Botham Jean, has been released from Prison.

Working 40 hours in four days is a walk in the park.

Attorney Robert Rogers seems to think that working 40 hours in four days justifies him murdering someone in their own home.

Their inner sanctum. A man’s home is his castle.

That’s what Michael Corleone meant when he said, “You heard what happened in my home? IN MY HOME.

In my bedroom, where my wife sleeps. Where my children come and play with their toys. In my home.”

That is one reason why President Trump is acting like the Don. Because they entered his inner sanctum in a jackbooted manner. And the action of the FBI was more or less justified. They had warrants.

Amber Guyger’s ruse stems from that Night Rider mentality.

And police academies across America do little to curb that appetite.

And even if an academy teaches them that blatant violations against citizens could have consequences, as soon as the recruit gets in a cruiser with a (Field Training Officer) FTO, it’s over.

Most FTOs train them to believe the law doesn’t apply to them.

The people are their subjects, and they can treat them any way they see fit.

The courts or judges will back them.

On the day that Guyger shot and killed Botham Jean in his home, text messages show that she was planning to go partying and cock hunting the same night.

That is how tired she was.

Robert Rogers forgot to mention that many jobs in America have 10 shifts, and some have 12-hour shifts.

If you’re too lazy to do the job, quit.

On Sept. 6, 2018, Guyger returned to the apartment complex where she lived on the 3rd floor; Botham Jean lived one floor above hers on the fourth floor.

Granted, tenants who live above you can sometimes become a pest.

Sometimes they make intrusive noises – stomping, walking around.

But that is not reason enough to kill someone.

Many neighbors come to blows over the noises top-floor tenants make.

Can a man sit in his home and eat some ice cream without getting killed by a crazed nut?

On the day that Amber Guyger was found guilty of murder, the Black bailiff walked over to her and started brushing Guyger’s hair as if Guyger was the white blonde doll she never got growing up in the rat-infested hood that she came from.
And Botham Jean’s own sex-starved brother, looking for sexual access, walked over to Guyger and started fawning over her.
Botham family was trying to gain sympathy for their civil case.
The city gave them no sympathy.
Nor did they get one tin dime.
Now the family opposed Guyger’s release from prison.
In court, they said that they forgave her.
Forgiveness is forgiveness.
You don’t forgive someone and seek retribution against them at the same time. That is Cognitive Dissonance.
Picture the face of someone laughing and crying or bawling at the same time. That is Cognitive Dissonance.
They appear crazy.
Picture a Black woman with blonde hair. Say less.

In court, Amber Guyger testified that when she entered Botham Jean’s apartment with gun drawn, he stood up and yell ‘hey,” instead of following her commands.

“The Castle Doctrine is a legal principle that allows a person to use reasonable or deadly force to defend their home, vehicle, or other legally occupied space against an intruder without a duty to retreat.

No Duty to Retreat: If an intruder unlawfully enters your home, you do not have to try to escape or retreat before using force.”
