What happens when the nation’s institutions of higher learning learn nothing from history? Here is a snapshot of what happens. Happy-looking police officers beating up young women. 

A woman college professor slammed to the ground head first. The police beat and manhandled a woman (Presidential Candidate, Dr. Jill Stein) and then charged with assaulting the police. To avoid being arrested, the central state media repeat state-sponsored talking points — for the most part. 

The Powerful Do Not Protest (In The Streets)

You’ll never find those who wield power in the streets protesting. It is only the powerless who protest on the streets. 

The powerful have the major recycling networks to speak for them. They line up on the extreme right-wing political spectrum to dance. Fox News, OAN, and News Nation are the three principal axes of hate. However, the Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that hate speech is protected under the First Amendment.  

Most times, the Axis invite guests who demand the police employ destructive force to remove the students. These same personalities were squarely on the side of the violent January 6 protesters. 

Slanted Reports of Some Misguided Students

Most of those students are the future leaders of America. On the center-right side of the debate are MSNBC and CNN. They are struggling hard to report a fair and balanced side of college events on college campuses nationwide. What is going on in America? There are so many happy-looking policemen beating up young women.

May 4 will mark the 54th university of the Kent State University massacre. In 1970, Ohio State National Guardsmen opened fire on college students protesting the Vietnam War. The wild military-style attack left four anti-war students dead and nine wounded.

The Spring of 1968 and 1970 proved to be a time of suppressing free speech. It was a time when the only speech allowed was that of the government and those who repeated the government’s narrative. All else be damned.

Fast forward to the Spring of 2024, when students of Columbia University took the lead in the anti-war protest. Today, the Republican party, Fox News, OAN, and most reporters of News Nation who celebrated the J6 insurrection now condemn the students.

 The Republican party rebuked Representatives Cheney and Adam Kinzinger for not touting the party line. They say Cheney and Kinzinger took part in a Democrat-led effort to target regular citizens involved in valid political discussions.

New Report Reveals World’s Busiest Airport

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is one of Delta Air Lines’ most essential hubs. But as of last week, it’s also officially the busiest airport in the world.

According to Airports Council International (ACI), the trade association that represents the world’s airports, ATL served 104.6 million travelers in 2023. That is an 11.7% increase in traffic compared to 2022 — another year in which they crowned the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) as the busiest in the world.

Several U.S. airports made the top 10 list of ACI’s annual ranking, including Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (#3), Denver International Airport (#6), Los Angeles International Airport (#8), and Chicago O’Hare International Airport (#9).

ACI’s report brings encouraging news for the aviation industry. It reveals positive trends in both domestic and international air travel. Despite the challenges, the demand for domestic flights remains robust, with passenger numbers at 96.8% of the 2019 traffic. Global air traffic has seen a 36.5% increase, reaching 90.4% of the 2019 passenger levels.

According to ACI’s world director general, Luis Felipe de Oliveira, the international segment played a vital role in the growth of global air travel in 2023, driven by several factors. 

“Among these were the anticipated benefits from China’s reopening and a growing inclination towards travel despite macroeconomic conditions.” 

Other notable air travel stats include the 55.1% increase in passengers at Tokyo-Haneda International Airport compared to last year’s numbers. This is the most significant jump for any global airport — an understandable change after the country reopened to tourists in late 2022.

Felipe de Oliveria emphasized the importance of these transportation hubs in global connectivity, commerce, and economic development. 

“Airports are not just gateways to destinations, but they are also engines of growth, demonstrating their resilience and adaptability amidst the challenges posed by the ever-evolving landscape of global travel.”

Perhaps the most impressive statistic revealed in ACI’s report? A whopping 8.5 billion passengers traveled worldwide, representing a more than 25% increase compared to 2022.

Ms. Jeane Pierre’s action is reminiscent of the obsessed girlfriend who says, “I don’t want to be free.” As Jennifer Holliday sings. “And I’m telling you, I’m not going. ‘Cause you’re the best job I ever had. 

No, no, no, no way, I’m leaving the White House. I’m staying. And you FOX News, MSNBC, CNN, and you and you, you’re gonna love me.“ Karine Jean Pierre has caught President Trump’s fever. They hate to depart the White House. 

What is the difference between Trump and Jean Pierre? Donald J. Trump feels that he is a privileged White man who shouldn’t have to leave. Meanwhile, Ms Jean Pierre believes she’s been a faithful and loyal slave whose rightful place is with Zaddy.

While Jean Pierre has figuratively chained herself to Biden’s leg, begging him not to go. Some top staffers say, “The press secretary is too reliant on notes to provide the pushback when she interacts with the Press Core.”

 In her mind, she is doing a great job, but excellent job performance exists only in her mind. Jean Pierre is not unlike most White House press secretaries; Jean Pierre tells a host of lies when giving news briefings to the White House press corps. Subsequently, she relies heavily on written quotes.

A case in point would be a reporter’s question about President Biden’s health. Her read response was, “The President’s doctor says he’s in good health.” Of course, Dr. Kevin O’Connor will say Biden is in good health. He’s paid to make up stories on behalf of the President.

 Donald Trump’s Doctor, Harold N. Bornstein, claimed that Trump would be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency.” Why? Because he was paid to say that. The top staffers want Jean Pierre to become a more fluent liar.

Records show most White House Press Secretaries vacate the post after around 16 months. However, it’s hard to get a negro to leave her master’s crib. General John Kermit the Frog wants Karine’s job like yesterday. It’s an election year, and Biden doesn’t want to force a Black person out of a job.

A Secret Service agent assigned to Vice President Kamala Harris’ protective detail had to be removed from duty because of “behavioral problems.” At about 9 a.m. on Monday, while waiting for Harris to arrive at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

 Secret Service agent Michelle Herczeg began acting “erratically.” Upon her arrival at Joint Base Andrews, Secret Service agent Michelle Herczeg allegedly attacked the S.S. agent in charge of Vice President Harris’ detail. She’s a big brawler.

At the time of the alleged attack, agent Michelle Herczeg was armed. She punched and jumped on top of her supervisor, the agent in charge of Kamala Harris’ detail. The supervisor must have been a lousy lay. Other agents managed to pull her off of her supervisor, but not before she punched him. That is a bad bull.

 A spokesperson, Anthony Guglielmi, chief of communications for the U.S. Secret, said in a prepared statement, “The U.S. Secret Service takes the safety and health of our employees very seriously.” 

Anthony Guglielmi cited HIPAA laws to avoid further disclosures on the matter. “As this was a medical matter, we will not disclose any further details,” he concluded. Medics transported Herczeg to an area hospital for evaluation.

The Vice President’s flight plans were not interrupted because of the incident. She arrived at the AFB as planned. She left for her scheduled fundraiser event.

Agent Herczeg is no stranger to controversy. The Dallas Morning News reported that in 2021, Herczeg filed a one million dollar gender discrimination lawsuit against her former employer, the Dallas Police Department. “In December 2016, Herczeg — then a senior corporal with the Dallas Police Department, claimed she “was targeted for being a female officer, and treated less favorably.” 

Anthony Guglielmi, chief of communications for the U.S. Secret Service, called the incident a “medical matter,” adding that the agency wouldn’t comment further.

And there was darkness (tenebris). The President of Morehouse College, David A. Thomas, set the historically Black college back 157 years. Morehouse’s Motto reads, “And Then There Was Light.” Not anymore!

William Jefferson White found Morehouse College in 1867, just 18 months after African people were freed from slavery in America. 

The American Civil War had just ended, and the formerly enslaved people were thirsty for education. The enslavers previously denied them the right to read or go to school.

Joe Biden’s Historical Racial Animus.

President Joe Biden is known to many in the Black community as Jim Crow Joe. Biden was one of those racist bigots who pushed for continued school segregation. Biden is the architect of the 1994 crime bill that put more African Americans in prison than any other president, aside from Bill Clinton. So, while Biden wants to prevent Black people from getting an education, he’d rather have them incarcerated. Morehouse College is a male institution of higher learning. 

Student Body And Faculty Disagree On Biden?

Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs Kendric Brown had scheduled a meeting for Thursday. Provost Brown emailed faculty members before the conference. Brown advised that the recalcitrant Thomas will not rescind his invite to Biden.

“Just to be clear, the college will not cancel its invitation to President Biden,” Kendrick Brown wrote.

Before Bident’s visit, the student body and Alumni circulated petitions asking Morehouse president David A. Thomas to rescind the invitation to Biden.

Experts estimate the incarceration rate for Black men in America at 28.5 percent. The rate of incarceration for white men is 4.4 percent — about the same rate of 3.6 percent for Black women. Inviting President Joe Biden to give a commencement address or political speech should be unacceptable.

One can only hope the student body will turn their backs on Biden once he shuffles on stage. The Mike Bloomberg welcome should be the order of the day during his run for President. 

At least Mike Bloomberg had the decency to apologize for his “Broken Window’ law established to imprison African Americans. On May 19th, 2024, President Joe Biden will give the commencement address to the Morehouse’s class of 2024. President Biden has a right to visit and speak at Tim Davis’s invitation. However, it is incumbent upon the student body to show self-respect and turn their backs on him when he mounts the stage. It’s easy: do a 180-degree turn.

Morehouse College has produced some of America’s greatest minds and thinkers and will continue to make great minds. Morehouse men of courage, honor, and dignity, on May 19th, show your strength.

“Don’t shoot me any more,” sixty-one-year-old Loletha Hall begged her killer. However, brute-beast 81-year-old William Brock continued shooting at Hall until she was dead. On March 25, while acting as an Uber driver, Ms. Loletha Hall went to William Brock’s house to pick up a package. Reportedly, someone called Brock to extort money from him. 

Brock did not call for police help. Instead, he took matters into his own hands. When Ms. Hall unwittingly shows up to pick up the money, Brock shoots her three times — while mocking her.

Sixty-one-year-old Loletha Hall unknowingly entered a dangerous situation with William Brock, a hateful person. Brock is a leftover man from another time and era when murdering Black people was a sport. 

Before killing Ms. Hall, eighty-one-year-old Brock kidnapped Ms. Hall and stole her cell phone at gunpoint. William Brock used a Jessie James-style gun to kill Ms. Hall while she begged for her life. 

 The brutish (William Brock) monster shot Loletha Hall three times, twice in her legs and once in her upper body.

 While she begged for her life, could you help me? Could you help me? She cried. Brock, the monster, played out a Clint Eastwood role and finished his intent — “You don’t look so bad.” Brock methodically taunted Ms. Hall while killing her.

Her chilling cries were reminiscent of the cries of Trayvon Martin just before George Zimmerman shot and killed him. It didn’t take long before Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark Furhman, went on television defending the murder of Ms. Hall. He’s never seen the murder of an African American that he didn’t enjoy.

Charleston police would later take William Brock into custody and promptly release him. 

While the Charleston police detective was inside the killer’s house, the scammer called. The detective spoke with the scammer and tipped the person. “You are in big trouble,” the Keystone Kop told the scammer. The Keystone Kop refused to play out the game with the scammer and set up a trap. Find out where the package is to be delivered — stake out the area — and make an arrest. 

It’s that shoot first, then ask questions later. It’s Ralph Yarl Sysdrome. 84-year-old Andrew Lester shot sixteen-year-old Ralph Yarl after Yarl mistakenly knocked on his front door.

Topsy-turvy Broward School Board: Four Superintendents In Three Years.

Because Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis meddled, the Broward School Board has changed out four superintendents in three years. His actions create a sense of instability—a lack of continuity.

It’s been three years since Florida Governor Ron DeSantis set up a mock grand jury to rid himself of Broward, Superintendent of Schools Robert Runcie. The king of gentrification governor, who believes in shooting first, then asking questions later, has remained mum on the case.
His silence is deafening since a Miami judge ruled against the trumped-up charges of his white supremacist grand jury.

After his hullabaloo, the governor said nothing about his grand jury indictment of Runcie. Instead, he has moved on to other fights with other Floridians.
On Tuesday, April 16, Dr. Peter Licata, the third Broward Superintendent in three years, abruptly resigned. Dr. Licata gave health issues as the reason for his sudden retirement. Dr. Licata held the top post for only ten months.

Because Ron DeSantis meddled, the Broward School Board has changed out four superintendents in three years.

Dr. Howard Hepburn: A Rising Star

The School Board commissioners did not waste time naming Licata’s replacement.
In a near-unanimous 8 to one vote, the Commission named Dr. Howard Hepburn, the 4th superintendent in three years since Robert Runcie’s forced resignation.

 Before his new appointment, forty-five-year-old Dr. Howard Hepburn was the former deputy superintendent for teaching and learning under Dr. Peter Licata.

In April 2021, the Broward County School Board fired Runcie because of his grand jury indictment and subsequent arrest.
They accused Runcie of lying under oath to Ron DeSantis’ grand jury.

Governor Ron DeSantis assigned a grand jury to look into the details of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting on February 14, 2018.
The shooting, which fellow student Nikolas Cruz carried out, left 17 students and faculty members dead. On November 2, 2022, a judge sentenced Cruz to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Dr. Vickie Cartwright was appointed as the new leader of Broward schools after Robert Runcie left. Dr. Cartwright brings the number to two superintendents in a year.
At first, Dr. Cartwright acted in the position under the auspices that she would not accept the position as a permanent replacement.

When the Superintendent position opened up, Dr. Cartwright reneged on her contract and applied for the position. The Board hired her, making her superintendents one and two after Runcie.

After they forced Dr. Cartwright out, the Board assigned Dr. Valerie Wanza as acting superintendent. The Board also appointed Dr. Earline Smiley as interim superintendent.

DeSantis quickly removed four Broward School Board members and replaced them with his loyalists. Soon, Dr. Cartwright’s seventeen-month tenure would end. The governor’s loyalists ousted her from her superintendent position.

Cartwright’s ouster came after Ron DeSantis’s grand jury audit made claims of financial misconduct by Dr. Cartwright. The Ron DeSantis’ school board voted 5 to 4 to remove Dr. Cartwright as the top leader of the 6th largest school district in the nation.

The Town of Pembroke Park has taken the unprecedented step of firing its second police chief in just six months. The sudden firing of top cop Ra Shana Dabney-Donovan has shocked the community, leaving people uncertain and worried. Was Chief Dabney-Donovan a DEI hire? Or was she a qualified candidate who became a victim of politics and a Jankey commission?

Before creating its police department on February 1, 2023, the Town’s commissioners released (BSO) the county’s sheriff deputies on September 30, 2022. For 42 years, the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) provided service to the residents of Pembroke Park.

Pembroke Park Commission antics give the appearance that the City of Opa Locka moved from Miami Dade County north into Broward County. Not since the ’90s and 2000s, when the dusty City of Opa Locka changed its Chief of police like dirty drawers — has there been such whiplash action? Well, of course, except in the City of Miami.

Pembroke Park Commissioners, The Town’s Clowns

Chief Ra Shana Dabney-Donovan had only been on the job for four months when Commissioner Geoffrey Jacobs summoned the Chief to the Commissioners’ chamber.
Geoffery demanded the Chief perform a search of Commissioner Ashira Mohammed’s purse for a gun. Jacobs had also called 9-1-1 to file a false complaint. They would later charge Commissioner Geoffrey Jacobs with misusing the 9-1-1 system.

Commissioner Geoffrey Jacobs claimed Commissioner Mohammed had a gun. The Chief reluctantly searched for the invisible weapon. She turned Muhammed’s purse upside down before the commissioners’ dais. The Chief did not find a gun in Mohammed’s purse.

The only other South Florida city that often comes close to changing out its chiefs of police is the City of Miami.

The carnages of the City of Miami and Opa-Locka usually stem from corruption. Pembroke Park’s issue lies mainly in an incompetent commission of debutantes and drama queens.

In a past commissioner’s meeting, Commissioner Mohammed advised Geoffrey Jacobs to seek mental help.
Three months later, these two peas in a pod, Mohammed and Jacobs, joined forces to end Chief Dabney Donovan’s career.

The Chief Is Corrupt?

Commissioner Geoffrey Jacobs accuses Chief Dabney Donovan of illegal behavior. He’s also alleging that she misused grants. It was in November 2023 that Jacobs also accused his fellow hysterical commissioner, Mayor Ashira Mohammed, of having a gun. Commissioner Jacobs alleged that Mayor Ashira Mohammed had a gun and that he feared for his safety.

Yet Mayor Ashira Mohammed joined him to get rid of the Chief. Behavioral scientists must study the water they drink in Pembroke Park’s commissioners’ chambers.

According to the police,
because Commissioner Jacobs filed a false police report about the Mayor having a gun, the S.A. charged Jacobs with misuse of the 911 system.

Is the Chief corrupt? The allegations floating around town are about a corrupt chief. At least four of the five commissioners said Ra Shana Dabney-Danovan is corrupt. “She turns a blind eye to citizens’ complaints of police brutality.”

Chief Ra Shana A. Dabney Donovan’s Pedigree

Dabney Donovan is a retired police captain from the Town of Pembroke Park’s sister city, Hallandale Beach. She rose through the ranks. Dabney-Donovan started her career as a Community Service Aide for the City of Hallandale Beach. She was the first city of Hallandale Beach African American female police officer. After a twenty-three-year career, she hung up her shield until Pembroke Park called.

A Very Jankey Commission

The sudden firing of Chief Dabney Donovan should not come as a surprise. These sudden sneaky attacks are the modus operandi of the Town’s Jankey commissioners. In December 2023, the elected DEI commissioners pulled a similar surprise attack on their first Police Chief, David Howard.
Chief Howard learned about his termination when he saw it on the Commissioner’s agenda. Chief Howard helped develop and launch Pembroke Park’s Police Department on February 1, 2023. The department fired him by December 2023.

Commissioner Geoffrey Jacobs — a former cop — who was the Town’s Mayor at the time of Howard’s firing, wants to run the police department. Commissioner Geoffrey Jacobs is a duplicate of the City of Miami Commissioner Joker Rollo’s image — perhaps not as corrupt.

The residents of Pembroke Park deserve better.

“Every person gets the government they deserve.” Joseph de Maistre. Maistre’s sentiment is genuine to a certain extent. It also indicates that citizens must participate in their political leaders’ selection process.

The current Mayor, Ashira Mohammed, is a ridiculous, hysterical sideshow. Vice Mayor Eric Morrissette likes to play good cop, bad cop with Geoffrey Jacobs. Morrissette was the only one who voted to keep Chief Dabney Donovan.

He’s a farce. Upon firing the Chief, Morrissette stated, “If we keep firing chiefs, no one will come to work for us.” The Commissioner already found someone to work for them — Wendy Morse.

Morse brings 25 years of law enforcement experience to her new post. Is Wendy Morse a friend of Commissioner Rabid Jacobs? Will she be his puppet? Follow the money.

Commissioner Musfika “Mishu” Kashem is a listless tumbleweed. She goes along with the majority. Anywhere the wind blows personality.

Commissioner William R. Hodgkins is there for the power trip, which is not unlike Jacobs’ reason for being there. Hodgkins pretends to support Chief Dabney Donovan. However, he’s not unlike Jacobs. The only difference is Jacobs is rabid. He’ll bite anyone at any time for a made-up “reason” in his mind.

The Global Entry Fee Is Increasing — Here’s What You Need to Know

Global Entry is highly regarded for international travel. It lets members bypass long immigration lines when coming back to the U.S. 

Now, for the first time in 15 years, the federal government plans to raise the cost of this popular program.

According to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the application fee for Global Entry will increase to $120 starting on Oct. 1. The current cost is $100.

CBP emphasized the importance of updating the fee structures for the continued success of these programs.

Despite the fee increase, CBP also announced some good news. With the new price comes a new perk: Travelers under 18 will no longer have to pay the application fee if they have a parent or legal guardian applying for themselves. Or if they are already a part of the program

Global Entry is just one part of the Department of Homeland Security’s Trusted Traveler programs. The application process includes a background check and an in-person interview. Scheduling these in-person interviews is difficult; the wait times can be several months.

Luckily, the Enrollment on Arrival program is also available at 65 different airports across the U.S.
This program allows travelers to start their Global Entry application and get conditional approval. And conduct the interview portion when they arrive at the airport’s international terminal.

As the name of the program suggests, no prior appointment is needed. For travelers leaving from Washington Dulles International Airport, there’s also a similar Enrollment on Departure program.

The 15-year-old teen girl (Maurnice DeClue) charged in a March 8 attack on her 16-year-old schoolmate wants to apologize for the attack. Maurnice DeClue has been identified as one of several combatants in an after-school brawl that left 16-year-old Kaylee Gain with a fractured skull and brain bleed. When Hazelwood East High School in Spanish Lake’s last bell rang, some students thought it was time to fight.

As the Gain family pushes for severe consequences for the assault, the mother of Maurice is pushing back. “Maurnice was not the aggressor, 66-year-old Consuela DeClue said. “This bullying of Maurnice had manifested over three months.” School records show that the school suspended Kaylee Gain in the past for fighting in the school hallway.

According to KSDK station, in a phone call, the parents of DeClue, Consuela and Ronald DeClue, said their daughter was shocked that Kaylee Gain was in a coma. In a Facebook post on Monday, the Gain’s family attorney said Kaylee kept repeating herself over and over after coming out of the coma.

The Gain family also said, “Kaylee does not have any recollection of the altercation that led to her hospitalization.” They added Kaylee is taking short walks with the help of the hospital staff.

Girls Fighting

The DeClue family wrote a letter to clear up misunderstandings about Maurnice’s character. Mrs. DeClue mentioned her worry for their daughter. Mrs. DeClue also made clear her daughter was an honor roll student.

She also said her daughter Maurice is “proficient in four languages and pointed out that she played volleyball and violin in the school orchestra.”
