Is America losing the war with Iran?

The United States of America is losing the war with Iran because of a failure to communicate.

This failure to communicate affects the security and future of the American people.

“What we have here is a failure to communicate. — Some men you can’t reach. So you get what we had here last week. Which is the way he wants it. And so he gets it.” — Cool Hand Luke.

There is a perception among the American people and several nations that America is losing the war against Iran.

Even though America has more resources than Iran, better-trained warriors, and could outflank Iran’s military any day of the week. There is a lingering cloud of loss hanging in the air. Strategic missteps and communication failures are costing us dearly.

Many NATO allies have refused to help the United States open the Strait of Hormuz, a shipping lane that benefits them as well.

While others have been paying President Trump lip service.

They promise to help, but they never show up to work.

The President promised to go it alone. Two hours from the publication of this article, a 48-hour deadline for Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz ends.

If Iran doesn’t open the Strait, Trump promises to rain destruction on Iran like never before seen.

And Iran has threatened to meet Trump’s threat/action with an epic fury of their own on neighboring Gulf States.

Of course, America could overwhelm Iran with the strength of its war machine. America has way more resources than Iran, in every sense of the word, well, almost.

The rank and file of the military of the United States is doing its part. They get it.

The loss is reversible; however, because of failures in communication and intelligence sharing among analysts and policymakers, reversing it would require a much higher toll.

The great Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu reminds generals to “Know your enemy.” Again, a massive intelligence failure occurred among intelligence analysts.

U.S. Israel War With Iran

Iran’s retaliatory acts have taken several top U.S. strategists aback.

Even the President said, they did not expect Iran to reach out and touch the Gulf States the way it’s doing.

What has taken many by surprise is that Iran was able to strike deep into Israel’s Dimona nuclear facility.

For many years, Iran played possum, even during the last 12-day war with Israel.

The Risk Analysis of Our Allies.

If America is losing the war, one reason is its failure to communicate with its allies before the war began.

By the time America reached out to allies for help, the allies, accustomed to America fighting for them, told Trump no.

The allies did a risk assessment and concluded that the risks outweigh the benefits.

America is losing the war also because there are too many Baghdad Bobs huffing and puffing on CNN, MS NOW, FOX News, News Flation, and OANN.

While the previously mentioned news outlets deliver one-sided, lopsided stories, a growing number of YouTubers, about 25% of them, are filling the gaps.

The other 75% of YouTubers are filling the gaps with hyperbole and clickbait.

The percentages remain the same as during the COVID-19 scare.

And the public sees and knows this, so they gravitate towards not only what their siloed instincts desire but what they deem reliable.

As long as mainstream media continues to insult the “intelligence” of the people, they will continue their slide into the annals of yesterday’s breakfast.

Sun Tzu also advised Generals to “Show yourself weak where you’re strong, and strong where you’re weak.”

Whatever happened to Theodore Roosevelt’s motto for foreign policy? “Speak softly and carry a big stick.”

It’s all gone. We have moved to a policy of hyper-blustering.

This morning, President Trump told the press that there is a deal in the works for a ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran. The President did not include Israel in the ceasefire deal.

Trump also said the ceasefire deal will last for 5 days.

The deal’s time frame leads Iran to surmise that it will give the U.S. enough time to deploy the Marines for a ground invasion.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said there was no deal between the U.S. and Iran.

Right now, it appears that the Iranians are sitting in the Catbird’s Seat. But for how much longer will it sit there?

Most rational people would say Iran will be in the Catbird’s seat as long as it controls the Strait of Hormuz.
