The journey of an all-fruit diet to communicate with the brain in our gut is like the journey of a thousand miles. It starts with the first step.
What we put in our gut can either cloud our judgment or help us make clear, sound decisions.
Fruits help us think more clearly.
They pass through the digestive system more quickly, thus giving the body more time to rest or restore itself.
Restore, the ore on the restore is essential iron, copper, or gold that the body needs to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Brazil nuts are high in iron, copper, zinc, and selenium. They aid in producing clear thoughts.
Thought begins in our gut, and maintaining a healthy gut can lead to clearer thoughts.
Good gut health influences mental clarity.
Our thinking starts in our gut, as “Jesus” taught, and then moves to our hearts, and finally to our brains. The thinking and producing we do, we do in a split nanosecond.
From our gut, our thoughts travel to the heart, to the brain, or the Central Processing Unit (CPU), where a final decision is made about what action to take.
In terms of survival, the GHB (Gut, Heart, Brain) quick correlation determines whether to take flight, fight, or surrender.
Humans live by gut feelings every day, trusting subconscious insights that guide us and make us feel more confident in our instincts.
When President Trump told reporters he would decide on when to end the war with Iran, based on his gut.
The reporters took that phrase and used it as a headline for days.
Their lack of understanding of the inner workings of the GHB drove them to ridicule Trump’s remarks.
Every day, journalists decide using the same process that President Trump mentioned.
Like most people, they do it subconsciously.
The word ‘Sub’ meaning below, and ‘Conscious’ meaning surface.
It starts in the gut (below the brain) and moves to the surface.
An All-Fruit Diet: The Brain in Our Gut.
The First Law of Nature is Self-Preservation or Survival.
To recap notes from parts 1, 2, and 3.
> The first law of the Universe is motion. It is our duty to keep our bodies always in motion.
Traditions tell us that Sloth, laziness, or apathy is one of the seven deadly sins. Stay in motion.
> The second law of the Universe is order. Whenever we set something in motion, it is our duty to bring it to order. At all times, our bodies are in motion. Whenever we ride a bicycle or any other vehicle, we try our best to keep it in order.
> A third law that lives in the Universe and nature is the law of Use and Abuse. — See part three for a detailed explanation of the law of Use and Abuse.
> Motion >> Order >>> Use and Abuse >>>> Self Presvation.
All entities: every being, every object, everything, even the stones and mountains, have a built-in defense mechanism rooted in nature.
Humans have the most intelligent built-in defense mechanism.
Nature is alive and well.
As the song says, “The hills are alive with the sound of nature.”
The more live foods we eat, the more alive we are, and the more likely we are to stay in motion. Subsequently, fulfilling our duty to the first law of the Universe.
Dairy products are among the most inflammatory foods we consume. All diseases stem from inflammation.
Coconut milk and almond milk are great healthy substitutes for dairy (cow) milk.
Coconut milk and almond milk, like other fruits, put less stress on the body’s digestive system when consumed.
“Cortisol is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal glands, often known as the body’s primary ‘stress hormone’. It regulates metabolism, blood pressure, blood sugar, and immune function while helping manage stress. Cortisol levels typically follow a circadian rhythm, peaking in the morning and lowering at night.” — WebMD.
The computer and data science concept of Garbage In, Garbage Out (GIGO) holds for the human body. The quality of input determines the quality of output. What we put in our bodies absolutely influences our Brains in our Guts.
“The 80/20 rule for juicing suggests creating blends with 80% vegetables and 20% fruit to minimize sugar spikes while maximizing nutrient intake. This approach typically translates to using four parts vegetables (or low-sugar fruits) and one part fruits (or high-sugar vegetables) to ensure a balanced, nutritious, and flavorful drink.” — YouTube.
A Prime Example of Current Events Demonstrates the Concept.
So while President Trump may get some reporters unhinged when he broadcasts that his decisions come from his gut, the reporters’ decision to become alarmed also comes from their gut.
They don’t know it.
Can a decision made from the gut be faulty? yes. Just as with eating unhealthy or healthy foods, it boils down to what one puts into their body.
Garbage in, garbage out (GIGO). If the President’s advisors and intelligence agents feed gut-brain faulty concepts, then his output will be faulty.
If someone buys into the faulty idea that they can climb to the top of the Statue of Liberty, jump off, flap their arms, and fly to the Eiffel Tower?
Somewhere during processing that information and acting on it, sooner or later, the natural law of gravity will take over.
(GIGO). Garbage In Garbage Out.
Eating unhealthy foods is more likely to cause gravity to take over one’s body than eating healthy foods.
Unhealthy foods act as agents of gravity. They assist gravity by pulling on internal organs, which are reflected in the external organs (e.g., skin), quickly pulling the body into the ground.
While a fruit diet will afford a healthier lifestyle, a mono-fast fruit diet should not become a lifestyle. “Man shall not live by bread alone.” — Matthew 4:4.
Most natural health food experts believe a 30, 60, or 90-day mono-fruit diet is sufficient to heal the body of most diseases. — John Rose.
The clearer a person’s gut-brain becomes, the more clearly the gut communicates with the CPU.
It will let a person know when to stop the mono-fruit fast.
The best healthy foods for a mono-fruit diet.
All living in-season fruits can heal the body of most diseases.
- Grapes
- Mellons (Especially water mellons)
- persimmons
- Goji berries
- Blueberries
- Pomergranates
- Purple Potatoes with coconut milk
- Oranges
- Dragon Fruit
- All Berries (Especially Blueberries)
- Kewis
- Avocadoes
- Apples (Organic)
While no fruit is inherently “bad,” Fruits that could be unsafe to eat when eaten out of season include: Ackee (Unripe), Peaches (seeds), Manchineel, Yew berries, and the pits of stone fruits (cherries, apricots).
Again, the journey of a thousand begins with the first step.
The second day of an all-fruit diet is most often the hardest hurdle to clear.
The hardest part of flying is taking off. The hardest part of the space shuttle Artemis II flight was the takeoff and return landing.
Breaking an all-fruit mono-fruit fast diet is like landing a spaceship. If one doesn’t do it properly, it could prove unhealthy.
One must ease back into solid foods with extreme caution.

“Think globally, act locally.”
It is crucial to be forward-thinking but not a forward person. “Be kind to everyone you meet because each carries his heavy burden…” Plato.
Embrace the three Constants: change, justice, and rightness.
The thought police are busy at work trying to suppress free speech. If allowed their march to madness, they will arrest your very thoughts.
Free Speech is thy Lord.’
