Reservations Are Already Open For the World’s First Space Hotel Opening In 2027.

Star Trek: The Next Generation Travel Has Arrived.

Once reserved space travel for astronauts and science fiction films, but years have seen great strides towards out-of-this-world tourism becoming a reality. There are private missions to space that will allow the general public to orbit around the Earth or moon inside a SpaceX vehicle. But now, there are also a few space hotels in the development phase, with opening dates coming sooner than you might expect.

The latest hotel to announce its potential opening date is Orbital Assembly’s Voyager Station, set to be constructed in 2026 and welcomes guests in 2027.

The Voyager Station will have a circular shape and look very similar to a Ferris wheel. It will also spin to create artificial gravity in its pods, using centrifugal force. Though the outside may look unlike any hotel here on Earth, visitors can expect many of the same amenities and room features they’d find at their favorite property.

There will be accommodations for up to 280 guests, including villas available for purchase as vacation homes. Other features will include a gourmet restaurant, bar, gymnasium, and entertainment center—everything you’d expect to see in any luxury hotel.

Plans for this space hotel were first revealed in 2019, with its original opening date scheduled for 2025, Travel+Leisure reports. Orbital Assembly claims that the delay is due to the COVID-19 pandemic and not any technical issues with the date pushed back.

Voyager Assembly is just one of three space hotels currently in development but is the only one accepting reservations. A three-and-a-half-day stay will cost $5 million, so the hotel isn’t exactly affordable yet for the average traveler. The other hotels currently in development are Axiom Space’s AxStation and Orion Span’s Aurora Station. Although those properties aren’t now accepting reservations, it’s unlikely that they’ll be any more affordable once they do—at least not soon.

On Wednesday, President Joe Biden slammed “Red States” leaders with a broad stroke by calling them “Neanderthal.” As a man thinks, so is he. Some Red State leaders have gone ahead to lift some restrictions that call for Americans to wear face masks while occupying or using public spaces. After he was sworn in, one of President Biden’s first declarations was to declare that face masks be worn in all federal buildings.

Governors Greg Abbott of Texas and Tate Reeves of Mississippi have released their residents from wearing face masks in public. Today Governor Kay Ivey of Alabama announced that that the mask mandate for her state will be lifted on April 9.

Biden’s reaction to Abbott and Reeves was quick and incinerating.

“The last thing — the last thing we need is Neanderthal thinking that in the meantime, everything’s fine, take off your mask. Forget it. It still matters,” Biden said at a safe space conference. Since January 20, when the President has taken office, he has been dodging the News Media – he’s been in relative hiding now for 33 days.

Pulling his “Cue-card” from his breast pocket: the President continued his lamentation. “I think it’s a big mistake. Look, I hope everybody’s realized by now, these masks make a difference. We are on the cusp of being able to fundamentally change the nature of this disease because of how we’re able to get vaccines in people’s arms.”

Governor Ivey said that even when the mask mandate is lifted, she will continue to wear her while around other people. And she urges her fellow citizens to use common sense and wear masks while around others. “At that time, it will become a personal responsibility and not a government mandate,” Ivey said.

A strong defender of Democrats, and their idle policies, Neera Tanden, got slapped in the face by Sleepy Joe Biden. In November 2020, President Joe Biden nominated Ms. Tanden to lead the OMB (Office of Management and Budget) department. As Director of the OMB, Tanden would be responsible for the Biden Administration’s budgetary programs and procedures across various agencies and monitor their operations to ensure they comply with the Administration’s guidelines.  

When President Joe Biden announced his intention to nominate Neera Tanden to the OMB post’s Director on November 30, 2020, immediately after Biden’s announcement, the Republicans pounced. Texas senior senator John Cornyn labeled Tanden as “Radioactive.” Tanden used to be a frequent guest on several liberal Cable shows. She was not afraid of speaking her mind. To that end, she’s described Senator Susan Collins of Maine as “the worst” and kindly compared to Sen. Ted Cruz to vampires – a handle which proved befitting in light of Cruz’s behavior during the Texas snowstorm and blackout.

For years, digital nomads have traveled the world, living in different countries while working from the comfort of wherever they could find a solid WiFi connection for their laptops. Though travel opportunities are certainly more limited now due to the pandemic, more people work remotely. To entice long-term visitors and hopefully recuperate some of their pandemic-induced profit losses, several hotels and resorts offer “subscription” plans that would give WFH a new meaning: Work From Hotel.

These “subscription” programs aim to offer remote workers a flat monthly fee that would allow members an unlimited stay at select properties in multiple locations. Essentially, subscribers can go from one hotel to the next as long as it’s a property owned by the same group.

The Global Passport subscription also comes with the added benefit of a 25 percent discount on all meals. Most of this hotel chain’s properties are in Europe, but there are also a few in the U.S. and Asia.

COINTELPRO: The Assassination of Fred Hampton By The FBI

In 1956, the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) established its particular investigative domestic unit called (COINTELPRO) Counter Intelligence Program. Then FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, a constitutionally sworn bigot — a little man with deep-seated unresolved mommy issue. Hoover who was fond of peeping into other people’s bedroom — became obsessed with keeping Black America from becoming free thinkers and self-sufficient. Director Hoover feared that a “Black Messiah” would arise from among the body of souls that remained in mental chattle-bondage. In the 1950s; 60s, and 70s, America saw a marked uptick in domestic revolutionary and counter-revolutionary movements and anti-war activities. Additionally, the FBI set up and financed their own White Nationalists groups to counter-balance and suppress Black freedom fighters and White leftist groups.

During the height of the push for “equal treatment under the color of law,” freedom and civil rights for all people — spearheaded by Black leaders and supported by White Americans of goodwill — the stage was enormous, and the spotlight was brighter than a 10-thousand watt LED light — before the introduction of the LED light. Onto the set of ten thousand lights steps Fred Hampton, a native of Chicago, Illinois. The 18-year-old was exceptionally articulate and vocal about the disparate and indifferent treatment of Black people. By the time Hampton turned 19 years old, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover had designated him as a radical threat to America for exercising his God-given and constitutional right to speak freely. Fred Hampton’s speech wasn’t any more of a threat to America than Donald J Trump, Rafael “Ted” Cruz, Joshing Hawley, or Senator Ron Johnson’s speech is today. However, on that fine day that 19-year-old Fred Hampton was designated a national threat, he became a marked man for death by the FBI — by any means necessary.

On December 4th, 1969, at 4:45 a.m. five months after a man (Neil Armstrong) set foot on the moon, America still felt deathly threatened by a twenty-one-year-old man with a loudspeaker and the ears of an oppressed community — and so Cook County State’s Attorney Edward Hanrahan, the Chicago police, at the behest of the FBI carried out a massacre on the building that Hampton was sleeping. Before the killings occurred, Fred Hampton was drugged by (his friend) FBI informant William O’Neil. O’Neil slipped barbiturates into Hampton’s beverage at a late-night dinner. O’Neil prepared the meal. Well, the FBI was afraid of a coming of a “Black Messiah,” and they found a Judas (William O’Neil) to help facilitate his murder at his last supper. O’Neil, not unlike Judas, the betrayer of Jesus the Messiah, would end up committing suicide — in 1990, he was 40-years-old.

Donald Trump Sr. the cult leader, and the late Fred Hampton Sr. the freedom fighter have a lot in common. Trump was born in June 1946, and Hampton was born on August 30, 1948 — two years apart. Hampton saw a void (a suffering segment of Black America) that needed support, and he sought to fill that void. In 2015, Donald Trump created the perception of emptiness among most White Americans and pretended to fill that void. Hampton reportedly was a “Marxist-Leninist and revolutionary socialist.” Trump, by all indications, is a “Marxist-Leninist and Vladimir Putinist. Trump doesn’t mind playing the role of savior — as long as he’s the head dictator raiding the people’s coffers.

 At twenty-one years of age, Fred Hampton was killed by the system for playing a leading role among more impoverished Americans in Chicago. On the other hand, Trump is given comfort, refuge, security, and a paycheck for spreading hate and propaganda — by the same system that killed Hampton for speaking through a loudspeaker in public. J Edgar Hoover’s fear intensified when Hampton united with the Latin freedom fighters, The Young Lords, and began to appeal to poor White Southerners.

Throughout the 60s and the 70s, a culture of super-fear had taken hold of many who were sworn to uphold the rule of law and protect civilians. Extrajudicial murders of leaders that seek equal rights and justice for all Americans were rampant. On November 22, 1963, the 35th President, John F. Kennedy, was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald — a former United States Marine with strong ties to Russia (the former Soviet Union). President Kennedy was a Liberal from Massachusetts and an ally to civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. On February 21, 1965, Malcolm X (born Malcolm Little), a Black Muslim leader and champion in the struggle for civil rights, was assassinated by paid infiltrators.
On April 4, 1968, Civil Rights Leader Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated (by James Earl Ray) for speaking on behalf of a down-trodden people. On June 5, 1968, Robert Kennedy Sr. was assassinated by Sirhan Sirhan, a 24-year-old Palestinian with manipulated ties to Russia. Bobby Kennedy Sr. was a liberal from Massachusetts. On June 30, 1974, Martin Luther King, Jr’s mother, Alberta King, was assassinated by a white hate-filled racist. Alberta King was 74-years-old.

Ewart Beckford, popularly known as U-Roy/Hugh Roy, passed away on February 17, 2021. The pioneering D.J. followed on his mentor DJ King Stitt’s heels, who began rapping/toasting on Ska music in 1956 on Clement Dodd’s (Sir Coxsone’s Downbeat Sound System. Back in the 50s, King Stitt, aka the “Boss DJ,” was the number one DJ, and his mentee U-Roy was the number two Toaster playing at local parties. In 1961 U Roy went pro on Dickie Wong’s sound system. “Beckford’s first single ‘Dynamic Fashion Way’ (1969) was a Keith Hudson production. It was followed by the Lee “Scratch” Perry production “Earth’s Rightful Ruler” with Peter Tosh.”

 

In 1970, the lead singer of the Paragons, John Holt, introduced Beckford to record producer Duke Reid. Beckford then released on Duke Reid’s Treasure Isle label two of his most popular and successful hits, “Wake the Town” and “Wear You to The Ball.”

U-Roy life-long partner of 41 years Marcia Smikle in a recent interview told Loop Magazine, “We had some great years, ups and downs like everyone else, good times and bad times, but I stick with it through faith. At my age, where me did ah go go again? There was a lot of love in our home,” she said.  U-Roy is survived by his 16 children. 

Ewart Beckford’s (U-Roy) body will lie in state on March 25th at the National Arena. He will be buried at Dovecot per “Minister Olivia Grange who is organizing the viewing.

Hawaii Takes Steps Towards a Vaccine Passport Program For Inter-Island Travel.

In An Abundance of Caution!

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Hawaii has implemented some of the strictest travel restrictions seen across the U.S. Now, as the state continues the slow but steady reopening of its tourism industry, officials are changing its rules for vaccinated travelers.

Hawaii is potentially creating a vaccine passport that would allow vaccinated visitors to enter without needing to quarantine. According to Hawaii News Now, the program could start as early as March 1 and would likely start with in-state essential workers who received the full dose of any COVID-19 vaccine.

The new system would give fully vaccinated travelers an electronic code granting them access to travel throughout the Aloha State, Lt. Gov. Josh Green told Hawaii News Now. Green says he’s hopeful the program will allow inter-island flights without quarantine by April 1, adding that the program could potentially expand to mainland travelers by May 1.

“This is the way we restore our economy very quickly,” Green said. “We would likely see a huge uptick in visitors by, say, the fall this way.”

Currently, Hawaii has a mandatory quarantine in place for travelers. Visitors can only skip this requirement if they prove a negative COVID-19 test from a certified laboratory taken within 72 hours of their arrival.

To entice would-be travelers who wouldn’t have the time or money to quarantine upon arrival, several airlines, including United Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and American Airlines, have introduced pre-flight testing programs for passengers.

While most Hawaiian islands are participating in the states pre-arrival testing program, the island of Kauai is sticking to its stricter regulations, requiring visitors to test negative with a pre-travel test, stay at an approved “resort bubble” property, and then test negative for a second time more than 72 hours after their arrival.

Hawaii is not the only destination to change its travel requirements for vaccinated visitors. Several countries, including Romania, Poland, and Georgia, have already lifted quarantine requirements for travelers, while other cities and countries are exploring options to create a vaccine passport.

Rick “Castello-Perry” is known for spouting ignorance. Wisdom usually comes with age — but not for former Governor Rick Castello -Perry. While twenty Texans have died and millions are freezing in the worst winter storm on record to hit Texas — Castello-Perry opened his mouth to speak and what came out is shocking. “Texans would be without electricity for longer than three days to keep the federal government out of their business. Try not to let whatever the crisis of the day is take you off of having a resilient grid that keeps America safe, personally, economically, and strategically. That is Castello-Perry speaking from the comfort of his tax-payer paid-for mansion. There is a national message in his statement. Perry ran for president in 2016 and got beat badly — the ambitious moron still doesn’t get it. The job of the President of the United States is not for dog catcher.

It didn’t take long before the current governor of Texas, Greg Bud Abbott beaming with Presidential aspirations to open his mouth and stick his foot in it. Appearing on Fox News, Governor Bud Abbott told host Sean Hannity about the outages. “Our wind and our solar got shut down, and they were collected more than 10% of our power grid. And that thrust Texas into a situation where it lacked power on a statewide basis.”

“The fact is according to Insider the majority-of-lost-power-generation-has-been-from-fossil-fuels-2021-2. Renewable-energy shortages accounted for only about 13% of the total outages in Texas.” Gov. Bud Abbott talks about the situation — Texas is in that at the peak of the snowstorm, nearly fourteen million Texans were left in freezing temperature without electricity. And as of this reporting, hundred of thousands are still without power, clean drinking water, and food.

Well, on Saturday 02/13/2021, 43 Republican Senators threw an antidote in the basin of democratic salve — they collectively gave America one big fat middle finger. They said, “FU@K YOU to the constitution.

As the world looked on, on January 6, former president Donald J Trump pulled the trigger of a  gun of a dictator, and the spinning bullet hypnotized most partisan Republican politicians as it entered the chamber. February 13, forty-three Republican Senators gave the shot the push it needed to speed and exit the gun’s barrel — never to return without the pangs and pain of child’s birth.

This gang of Good Old boys Party (GOP) had one job to do and guess what? They failed to restore America.

On Saturday, forty-three Republican Senators voted to give their tacit support to ex-President Trump’s January 6 call to arms of a predominantly White Nationalists attack on the US Capitol. The attackers and the invasion set a dangerous precedence and the gravest threat to the Republic of the United States of America. During his arguments to convict Trump as the main inciter of the storming of the Capitol, House lead Impeachment Manager Jamie Raskin reminded us of what common sense is (via of Thomas Paine book that was published in 1776).  Common sense is what most sane people have in common. it is now clear that common sense is missing from 89 percent of Republicans.

What was the Cold War fought for so many years? The most dangerous threat to America’s way of life is no longer a formless orphan standing at the door outside of the house (the People’s House) looking in throw the window.

 On February 13, 2021, forty-three Republican Senators have not only adopted the perilous, mindless orphan that once stood outside their door – they have now given birth to his mind that will grow into what their minds have not conceived. Those 43 Republican Senators have become the founding mothers and fathers of a political system that stands opposed to the idea of what the original founding fathers of these United States of America and for that which they stood.

A person born into wealth takes their financial security for granted and falsely believes that poverty cannot come their way. Many people who have been fortunate to be held in a non-communist country take for granted the “freedoms” they enjoy and blindly believe that an oppressive, dictatorial form of government cannot take shape in their country.
