Three Shootings in almost three weeks in Minneapolis. According to ICE Agents patrolling the streets of Minneapolis mid-morning on Saturday, a man started displaying a gun in public. About six agents rushed the man, and a struggle ensued.
During the struggle, while the subject was on the ground, at least one or more agents fired at least five shots, following their training protocols for such situations. After firing bullets into the man, the video shows the agents scampering away.
