A Detroit police officer involved in the shooting of a mother of Five, Tracy Allen, who was shot six times, may cost the city $25 million. That is the amount of money her lawyer is asking for. Negro, you ain’t getting that kinda money out of Detroit. Detroit is broke. Ask Kwame Kilpatrick.

On October 26, 2025, a Traffic stop went wild when Detroit cop Zachary Melvin pulled over a mother of five, Tracy Allen, for speeding. That’s what Officer Melvyn said. Maybe the guy was looking for some ass. Who knows what his true motives were?

Tracy Allen recalls asking for divine protection as Officer Melvyn began pulling her over for speeding. She became very concerned.

Ms. Allen said that she didn’t even understand why she was getting pulled over.

Ofc. Melvyn explained the “reason” for the traffic stop. At which time, “I disagree.”

Ms. Allen said, ” Officer Melvyn asked for her license, registration, and proof of insurance.” “I gave it to him. My insurance was on my phone.” Ms. Allen said Melvyn thought I was moving too slowly, so he started arguing with me.

If that’s a correct statement, then that is where Melvin must have lost his mind. Never argue with those you’re in charge of.

If they become argumentative, inform them that this is not a debate and give them time to gather documentation.

The minute you begin to argue with your subordinate, you risk losing control. Demonstrating self-control is essential to maintain authority and public trust during police interactions.

Either you are in control (of yourself), or you’re under someone else’s control. At that moment, Officer Melvin started arguing with Ms. Allen, as she alleged.

At that moment, he came under Ms. Allen’s control. Never argue with a subordinate. It is ok to have a conversation with someone to gather information.

Whenever you encounter someone with neck tattoos, it may indicate a loss of control. Recognizing such cues helps officers maintain safety and professionalism in the community.

As a cop, if you walk up to a car and a female has tattoos on her neck, right then you know that you’re dealing with someone who has lost control.

When working with the public, you sometimes encounter unpredictable situations. Arguing with someone who is out of control can escalate risks. Police officers should exercise restraint to protect society. Officer Meliyn failed to exercise restraint.
If you argue with a crazy person, what does that make you? That makes you twice as crazy. You don’t belong in a police force. You are a danger to society.
It is important to recognize when you have contacted Mother Goose, who lives in a shoe with Tats, Atts, and Brats (tattoos, poor attitudes, and a “house” full of brats).

10 to 1, she’s going to be feisty. There’s a better-than-even chance she’s looking to fight a man. You’re dealing with Old Mother Hubbard, who went to the cupboard to get herself a bone. She’s had too many bones.

The cupboard was bare. Bob Marley said, “A hungry man is an angry man.” Stop wasting money buying costumes at Walmart to beg for candy. The dentist’s bill to fix rotten teeth is very expensive.

“The Walton family, heirs to the Walmart retail empire, is the richest in the US, with a combined net worth estimated at over $260–$300 billion.”

According to Detroit police, patrol officer Zachary Melvin stopped Ms. Allen for speeding, illegally tinted windows, and an obstructed license plate. Ms. Allen said she had just left Walmart after picking up Halloween costumes for her children.
“I was on my way back home,” she said.
During the stop, Ms. Allen decided it was best to ask for a police supervisor rather than hand over her proof of insurance. Ms. Allen has the right to ask for a supervisor. There is no hard-and-fast rule that says you can’t hand over your documents while waiting for a supervisor to arrive at the scene.
When the driver is a YouTubed lawyer, crazy, and the cop thinks he is immune from prosecution, the situation always ends badly. In this case, the driver got lucky. She survived the attempt by the Detroit police after being shot six times.

Initially, Detroit Police Chief Todd Bettison supported the shooting of Ms. Allen. But later, after reviewing the video of the interaction between Officer Melvin and Ms. Allen, Chief Bettison reversed his rush to judgment.

The incident that happened in the area of Eight Mile and Van Dyke, showed that when backup arrived, Melvin tried to pull Ms. Allen from her truck. They pepper-sprayed her before she closed the door and drove away.

Detroit Police Department Use of Force Policy.

According to the Detroit PD, during the stop, Officer Melvin violated several departmental rules. “A supervisor was not called when the driver requested one. Officers should not have pursued the driver over a traffic violation.” The Chief also said, “The decision to discharge a firearm should only be made in extreme circumstances where someone’s life is in jeopardy.”

The Department released a statement saying it placed Melvin on leave without pay (LWOP).
The Department told reporters that it was Melvin’s last update on job status. Attorney Maurice Davis said his client was shot “during an encounter where she posed no physical threat to that officer.”
She posed a threat to public safety. Anytime someone starts driving recklessly or running from others, they pose a serious threat to the lives of others in their vicinity. First, once they decided to flee, their minds had left reality.

Even cops who are specially trained to pursue pose a risk to the public when they give chase. That is why most departments don’t allow car chases.
The faster you drive, the less control you have over your vehicle. Plus, while you’re in control of your car, you’re not in control of other cars on the street.

Officer Melvin shot Ms. Allen four times in her arm and twice in her leg. Fortunately, she survived to see another Halloween and spend more time with her beautiful children.
