Part one highlights the First Law of the Universe: Motion.
As Sir Isaac Newton reminded us, it is popularly called the law of inertia.
The Law of Motion reminds us we must stay in motion (move/walk/or even exercise) to live a healthy life.
Part 2 highlights the natural law of Use and Abuse.
A term that fitness instructors use: If one does not use it (your muscles), then one loses it.
This phrase refers to muscle memory. When we stop sending signals to our muscles that we need them, they believe we no longer need them. And voila, they slow down, then they stop working.
Two things cause a person/soul/spirit to withdraw from its body: (1) pain, (2) a body that moves too slowly.
A soul or spirit can only experience pain and or pleasure (nature) through the body.
A slow body, or a body wracked with disease, hyper-discomform or intense, prolonged pain, causes the spirit to depart from it.
A mono-fruit diet helps keep the body in motion and pain-free for longer than an all-carnivore diet, but transitioning gradually and monitoring the body’s response can help prevent adverse effects.
Dead foods are more likely to cause death, while living foods are more likely to support a longer, healthier life. Understanding how to maintain a balanced diet is key to long-term health.
