Mono-Fruit Diet: Food That Is Medicine. Medicinal Foods.

If a mono-fruit diet or a plant-based diet equals foods that are medicine, then there are also some foods that we eat that are poisonous and harm the body.

It is important to recognize that ‘Nature’ did not design edible fruit or a single-fruit diet to suppress disease like pharmaceutical drugs do.

Nature created plants, herbs, and mono-fruit or single-fruit diets to repair, restore, and remind our body how to heal itself.

Eating fruits, especially a mono-fruit diet, for a set period, supports the body’s natural healing process.

A 2021 Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health study published in Circulation “found that consuming five servings of fruits and vegetables daily—specifically two servings of fruit and three of vegetables—is the “ideal” mix for longevity and preventing chronic disease.”

Before we explore how food can be medicine and medicine that is food, let us take a glance back at the two natural laws that we discussed in parts 1 and 2.

Part one highlights the First Law of the Universe: Motion.

As Sir Isaac Newton reminded us, it is popularly called the law of inertia.

The Law of Motion reminds us we must stay in motion (move/walk/or even exercise) to live a healthy life.

Part 2 highlights the natural law of Use and Abuse.

A term that fitness instructors use: If one does not use it (your muscles), then one loses it.

This phrase refers to muscle memory. When we stop sending signals to our muscles that we need them, they believe we no longer need them. And voila, they slow down, then they stop working.

Two things cause a person/soul/spirit to withdraw from its body: (1) pain, (2) a body that moves too slowly.

A soul or spirit can only experience pain and or pleasure (nature) through the body.

A slow body, or a body wracked with disease, hyper-discomform or intense, prolonged pain, causes the spirit to depart from it.

A mono-fruit diet helps keep the body in motion and pain-free for longer than an all-carnivore diet, but transitioning gradually and monitoring the body’s response can help prevent adverse effects.

Dead foods are more likely to cause death, while living foods are more likely to support a longer, healthier life. Understanding how to maintain a balanced diet is key to long-term health.

On A mono-fruit diet? Try the 80/20 method.

Part 3 highlights another natural law—the second Law of the Universe, which is Order.

That does not mean we go out and order the largest fries at McDonald’s.

That is not the Order that we are talking about.

Since we are in motion, our bodies are in motion, so it is imperative to bring that which we set in motion to order.

If the biker or the engineer of a train does not bring the bike or train to Order, the ending will not be nice.

Such is the symbiotic relationship between our muscles and our brain. Use them or lose them.

Part Two reminds us of another natural law called the Law of Use and Abuse. The Law of Use and Disuse ties into the Law of Motion.

Mono-fruit

Mono Fruit Diet: Food That Is Medicine. Medicine That Is Food.

For someone who does not use their body, does not move enough, and whose body becomes a state of motionlessness as its station.
When we do not move/walk, we signal our muscles, joints, and limbs that they are no longer needed.
Then the body adopts and speeds up deception.
The natural flow of blood through the veins becomes a challenge. Blood pressure rises.
Right alongside the colonizing parasites, inflammation finds a home. They work to get to a point of discomfort in the body.

Before long, a visit to the doctor’s office is in Order. The doctor then gives us an army to fight the invading parasites.
The doctor’s prescription to suppress the parasites is called a prescription to the nearest pharmacy.
The pharmaceutical drugs suppress the parasites.
The parasites lie dormant in the body, waiting for the right time to invade the body and its organs again.

It All Starts In The Gut.

The parasites lie half-dead inside the body, waiting for their savior to come and resurrect them like Lazarus.
What brings them to life? The foods that we eat resurrect them. It all starts in the gut.
Recall that the digestive system is connected to the brain. The colonists in the gut send a message to the brain. “Go get that ham sandwich. Go on, man. get.”

When I was a teenager, a girlfriend said she was in love with me.
I asked her if she feels the love in her heart. She said no. She said no, that she feels the love for me in her stomach.
It took me a couple of decades to understand what she meant.
It all starts in the gut.
Love starts in the gut, and death starts in the gut.
Jesus taught that actions originate in the human heart—not the brain.
Indeed, the action starts in the gut, moves up to the heart, then into the brain, from where we feel a compulsion to act.
It is those darn parasites that colonize the gut that send messages to the brain.
A mono-fruit diet will clean them out, and a plant-based diet will keep them at bay.

Treating Our Cars Better Than We Treat Ourselves.
We follow the instructions to use “unleaded Fuel Only.” Most people do not mind spending a few extra dollars each time they fill their gas tank to put the best in it.
However, when it comes to our bodies, we put all kinds of junk in them. People tend to believe that healthy foods are too expensive.
We will not put coolant in the car’s fuel tank, but we will put all kinds of junk food into our bodies.
The reason most motorists will not pour a gallon of STP oil into the radiator is that they know it would wreak havoc on the car’s system.
