“Stupid Is As Stupid Does.” Get OUT!

For nearly six months, the Rochester Police Department sat on, covered up, hid, buried a video of seven of its officers contributing to the death of a naked 41-year-old man — Daniel Prude. Prude’s brother Joseph Prude had called police for help after Daniel began to show signs of mental distress. While it is not clear what happened before the arrival of the law — after their arrival, a video from a police body camera shows Daniel Prude butt naked on the cold asphalt with light snow falling. The “officers” on the scene wore long-sleeved shirts or jackets and or headgear to protect them from the snow and the cold.

One of the seven cops on the scene (Mark Vaughn) gave Prude commands, and he complied, he followed their instruction. “Get on the ground, get on the ground, Vaughn shouted. Put your hands behind your back,” Vaughn continued to yell commands. To which Daniel Prude replied, “Yes sir,” all while showing clear signs of mental distress and out crying for help.

Instead of helping Prude, they mocked and suffocated him. At one point, they placed a hangman’s sack over his head. After the March 23 incident, Prude lingered in the hospital for seven days before he succumbed to the brutal action of the seven cops. The county coroner ruled his death was caused by asphyxiation. The night of the incident, officer Troy Talladay was caught on bodycam, placing his knee on Prude’s neck. In contrast, officer Josiah Harris and Francisco Santiago giggled and mocked the dying man.

The commanding officer on the scene, Sgt. Michael Magri did not intervene; instead, he aided and abetted the other killers of the helpless Prude lying on the ground naked.

When the sun came up, and Chief La’ Ron Singletary arrived at the station, at which time his subordinates briefed him (thoroughly) on the incident of torture. Prude died seven days later in the hospital. At which time, Singletary ordered the customary police internal investigation into the rough and prolonged killing of Mr. Prude. The Rochester Internal investigators concluded their customary investigation with its customary coverup findings. Shortly after, Singletary and his top lieutenants (Deputy Chief Joseph Morabito and Commander Fabian Rivera) joined in a conspiracy of shelving of the facts and video of the killing of Prude.

They are fleeing the crime scene, in broad daylight, with their pensions.

For several months Chief Singletary kept the video of the crime under wraps until attorneys for the family of Daniel Prude were able to get a copy of the video and released it to the media. After the release of the video, the protesters demanded the officers and Singletary be held accountable. To protect Singletary, Mayor “Lovely” Warren scampered into damage control mode. She claimed ignorance and staunchly defended the chief’s behavior in the cover-up. Chief Singletary went as far as to condone the killing of Prude and by saying his officers acted appropriately when they mocked, suffocated, and ignored Prude’s cries for help. Singletary claims the torture and killing of Daniel Prude were consistent with their training of his officers.

Within days after the incident came to light and calls for accountability grew louder, Chief Singletary and has tendered his resignation effective September 29, 2020. He blames his dilemma on the news media for shining a spotlight on the murder of Daniel Prude.

The Mayor of Rochester “Lovely” Warren– a strong defender of Chief La’ Ron Singletary, it appears that she has cut some deal with Chief Singletary. The agreement will allow Singletary and his top cohorts to flee the scene of the crime without any accountability and with a fat pension for life — paid for courtesy of the taxpayers.

Two of the Department’s other top cops — Deputy Chief Mark Simmons and Commander Fabian — were returned to their previous ranks of lieutenants.

This why they march: On August 30, 2020, 48-year-old Jason Michael Mesich emptied his gun on his wife, Angela Lynn Mesich. Jason wanted to have more sex, and Angela was not in the mood. Their argument moved to the garage, where Jason shot and killed Angela. After murdering his wife, the savage beast turned his gun on two of his Black female neighbors. His victims were taken to a hospital. Twelve-year-old Makayla Saulter-Outlaw was shot in the head — she remains in critical condition, her adult sister, 29-year-old Canisha Saulter, received three bullets to her legs and hip area and is in stable condition.

Upon the arrival of Bloomington Police, Jason Mesich assaulted them by firing at least 40 rounds at them from his garage. At the end of the three-hour standoff, the Minnesota police were able to take him into custody — ALIVE. The killer claims he does not remember slaughtering his wife and attempting to kill his neighbors. The 12-year-old victim (Makayla who had her one-year-old niece in her arms) and her aunt Canisha were loading a U-Haul truck in their yard when they were attacked and shot by Mesich.

 Police said the 11:pm incident left the neighborhood in shock. During the argument — in the detach garage — Jason Mesich, who has a Hunting Permit, went into his house to get on of his guns. When he returned to the garage, he alleged that Angela hit, at which time he punched her in the lower neck area. Angela responded to him by saying, “Just shoot me, then.” Jason then emptied the magazine in her upper neck body to make sure she was dead — he told police during interviews.

Police recovered several guns and hundreds of ammunition from the residence of the Mesichs.

While he was butt naked in the snow, for thirty minutes Daniel Prude was exposed to freezing temperature as several Rochester, NY, police stand around mocking him. At one point one of the officers placed an executioner’s death bag over his head. On March 23, Daniel’s brother Joseph Prude had called 9-1-1 and asked for help because Daniel was experiencing a mental break down. Upon his arrival to the hospital, Daniel was pronounced brain dead. On March 30 life support was removed from Daniel Prude. The coroner ruled that his death was caused by “complications of asphyxia in the setting of physical restraint as a finding. The report also cites excited delirium and acute PCP intoxication as causes of death.”

On Wednesday, police body camera footage was released to news outlets, courtesy of the Prude’s family attorney Elliot Shields. The video shows police pressing knee/foot on Prude while he was handcuffed. Video of the 3:16 a.m. incident shows that the victim was very compliant, although somewhat agitated. Audio of the video revealed Prudee handcuffed, praying, “in Jesus Christ, I pray, amen.”

Drug Dealer Offered Plea Deal To Say Breonna Taylor Was A Drug Dealer.

WBRD, a Louisville Kentucky news source, is reporting that on July 13, city law enforcement officials offered a local drug dealer, Jamarcus Glover, a plea deal to help them fabricate evidence against his ex-girlfriend, Breonna Taylor. Taylor was shot and killed by Louisville Metro Police four months earlier.

On March 13, 2020, at about 1:00 a.m. three Louisville Metro Police plainclothes officers (Jonathan Mattingly; Brett Hankison, and Myles Cosgrove) carried out a drive-by home invasion style raid on 26-year-old Breonna Taylor’s apartment. At the time of the attack, Taylor, an emergency medical technician, was asleep with her boyfriend, Kenneth Walker. The police were executing a no-knock search warrant — meaning they could kick in the door without announcing or identifying themselves before entering.

As police began to use a battering ram on the door to Taylor’s apartment, Kenneth Walker, a licensed firearm holder, opened fire on the men entering his castle — his claim is that he thought he was being robbed by intruders. The three officers returned fire. Twenty shots were fired and Taylor was shot at least eight times in her apartment. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her then-boyfriend, Kenneth Walker was arrested and charged with attempted murder for shooting a police officer in his leg during a narcotics investigation. There were no drugs found in Taylor’s apartment.

Breonna Taylor’s family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Louisville Police  Department. The suit alleges that Louisville Police showed “a total disregard for the value of human life” when they entered the apartment of Ms. Taylor without knocking or announcing a search warrant.

“Milwaukee Bucks Boycott Game 5 In Response to Jacob Blake Shooting”

There is a disconnect between the arc of societal change (the times) and the culture of policing — especially the relationship between Black people and the Police. There is a history of some police officers — mostly white Police to treat people of “African” descent with extremely detrimental prejudice. While on the other hand, there is a minority of black men and women — mostly men who will, foolishly, resist the Police with physical force. Mix those two ingredients, and there is a significant probability that the Black male ends up with the short end of the stick.

On Sunday, August 23, 2020, at 5:11 p.m. Wisconsin police was dispatched to an apartment at 2805 40th St, referencing a call from a female regarding a male Black (Jacob Blake) who allegedly was not supposed to be at that location because of a previous “family issues.” The female caller advised police that (29-year-old) Blake isn’t supposed to be there and that he had taken her keys and was refusing to give them back. Dispatch informed the officers that Blake had a warrant for his arrest stemming from a domestic case in May.

At 5:13:47 p.m., the caller advised 9-1-1 dispatcher that Blake was trying to leave, and at this point, she refused to cooperate or to give a description of the vehicle that he was leaving in. At 5:14:28 p.m., when a second police officer arrived on location, Blake got into a scuffle with two officers on the passenger side of his grey SUV.

At 5:15:37 p.m., upon the arrival of a third officer who witnessed the scuffle, the third officer called for more officers to assist. Black freed himself and hurriedly walked toward the driver side of his SUV wit three officers in tow. As Blake opened the front door to his SUV and dove in, one officer grabbed his shirt, attempted to pull him out of the vehicle — at this point officer fired seven shots into the back of Blake.

At 5:15:50 p.m., an officer on the scene reported, “Shots fired.” After verifying that all officers were OK, another officer advised Dispatch that Rescue was needed ASAP. Blake was taken by ambulance to Bradford High School about eight blocks away, and from there he was MediVac in a Flight For Life Helicopter to an area hospital.

Since the August 23 shooting of Jacob Blake, there have been protests and counter-protests on behalf of Blake and in favor of the police shooting of Blake. White radicals have shot three protesters — so far.
