Direct Provocation

A sick and demented male bigot stalked and harassed a United States female postal worker while on her job. The harassment and direct provocation caused her to lose her self-control.

Someone summoned the local police (City of Miami) to the job site after the female who the bigot cowed swathed a camera phone used to provoke her out of the hand of the stalker. As expected, the local police (City of Miami) arrested the African-American female victim, a public servant, and set the male stalker/harasser free.

The December 09 video depicts Miguel Bravo complaining of the mistreatment of his mother from a previous encounter with the Postal Clerk Shadel Ford. Miami Police would later arrest Ms. Ford and charge her with “sudden snatching” of a cellphone.

Miguel Bravo claims Ms. Ford caused injury to his hand — the basis for a lawsuit. No wonder homeowner’s insurance is unaffordable in Florida — insurance fraud.

Missing from the scene of the stalking was a Postal Inspector and a Letter Carrier supervisor. Present on location were three Black female USPS employees working as clerks in the lobby of the Jose Marti mail facility. The perpetrator panned his camera on all three African-American females to show the ethnicity of the employees working at Jose Marti.

Abusing Cellphone Cameras

The onus was on the postal clerk to walk away from the harasser to a safe space during the eight-minute taunting session. A supervisor should have stepped in, or a Postal Inspector should have removed the culprit from the workplace.

The culprit wasn’t there as a customer. He came to the workplace to incite the employee and to provoke a lawsuit. She spent eight minutes defending her peace of mind before she became violent, the exact duration it took for Derek Chauvin to choke George Floyd.

In 2011, the Ohio v. Shane ruling showed that “words alone are not enough to make up adequate provocation (Girouard v. State, 2011),” it does not address the combination of words and action of a culprit holding a camera in someone’s face while malevolently intentionally taunting them to (reasonably or unreasonably) act out in the heat of passion.

Of course, not every jealous partner would attack their spouse’s lover. However, the Courts will always show mercy to the unreasonable spouse who acts out in the heat of the moment.

What kind of idiot would taunt a woman with tattoos on her neck? If she will deface her neck with graffiti, she’s ready to vandalize property, and she will disfigure other humans.

Was the United States Postal Service (USPS) employee who went postal 100 percent correct in her action? No, she was not. With the tattoos on her neck, Precious was also out of control. Instead of walking away from the culprit, she engaged her stalker with profanities. Gone are the days when the USPS hired mostly self-disciplined military veterans and others who could take a civil service exam and pass the test.

Today’s qualification for a job is equal to if you’re breathing and have a pulse — they hire you. And the Workers’ Union will protect your employment no matter what.
