The new executive order (EO) comes just hours after the Muslim mayor took his oath of office on a Quran, the holy book for Muslims and jihadis around the world. Over 50% of New Yorkers elected the popular mayor after he promised free rides, milk, butter, and cheese to underserved New Yorkers and visitors. When Mamdani signed the EO to remove security from synagogues and other places of worship, the move surprised many in the Jewish community.
The bold move has rattled many in Jewish communities across America, prompting questions about the mayor’s motivations and his stance on religious protections and community safety.
The Pittsburgh Jewish Chronicle posts an article with the headline: “Mamdani axes all Adams executive orders in past 15 months.” Mamdani, who sometimes lashes out at President Trump, deep down, he admires the President and wishes he could be Donald J. Trump.

More Promises From the Mayor.
“To those who insist that the era of big government is over, hear me when I say this will no longer be a city hall that hesitates to use its power to improve the lives of New Yorkers,” the newly elected mayor said in his inauguration speech. Can he keep his promises?
During his mayoral campaign, Mamdani faced opposition from most of New York’s establishment, including a failed attempt by Cuomo, whose career many now see as marked by questionable decisions and untrustworthiness.
When the establishment brought back former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo from the cemetery to run against Mamdani, the majority of New Yorkers realised that Cuomo was bought and paid for. Cuomo’s run for mayor failed miserably.
Whether Mamdani can deliver on many of his promises, most New Yorkers have come to realize that the former New York Governor is a wholesale fraud that they cannot trust.
Although Cuomo’s removal from the Governor’s office was a ruse, they forced him out of office so New York could have a female governor, Kathy Hochul. That is how the cookie crumbles sometimes.
Promises, Promises, Promises.
While Mamdani made a host of promises to aid people in need, he will not be able to fulfill 80% of them. He might be able to freeze rent in some areas temporarily, but that will be a temporary band-aid. America is on the move, and New York State and City will continue to move right along with it.
Mamdani can pretend to stand in front of the American jagunart in Tennement Square all he wants, but here in the U.S., the tank will run him over. And many of those cheering him on will gladly help drive the tank to run him over. He’s articulate and optimistic, but he doesn’t understand how things work.
