For years, the liberal SPLC has been funneling millions of dollars to hate groups, it claims it was fighting. The charges leveled against the SPLC organization raise concerns about its role in civil rights matters.

Last Tuesday, the DOJ indicted the liberal SPLC on charges of wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering.

The DOJ announced the charges after an investigation discovered that the organization is a partial front for groups like the KKK.

Founded in 1971 by Alabama lawyers Morris Dees and Joseph J. Levin Jr., the SPLC was initially seen as a civil rights organization.

To gain street creds, Dees and Levin Jr. invited African American activist Julian Bond to join the group.

Some people believe that the longtime civil rights activist is a distant relative of President George Washington, or of Washington’s brother, John Augustine.

According to acting U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche, the organization “was manufacturing the extremism and hate it purportedly supposed to oppose.” Blanche went on to say that the SPLC was paying sources to stoke racial hatred.”

The CEO of the SPLC calls the charges “government weaponization.”

“There is no question that what we learned from informants saved lives,” Interim CEO Bryan Fair said following the charges.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) contends that the SPLC set up shell companies to pay hate groups using money from big donors. The more hate groups form, the more money the SPLC gets while pretending to oppose groups such as the KKK.

Someone snitched out the SPLC.

As of July 2025, Bryan Fair has been serving as Interim President of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). Fair took control of the organization after it forced former President Margaret Huang to resign.

Under Huang’s leadership, there was “internal turmoil, staff layoffs, and pressure regarding the organization’s direction.”

Sometimes it takes a thief to know one. As soon as they put Huang out to pasture, the DOJ was made aware of the organization’s inner workings.

There aren’t any known historical records of George Washington siring any children with his wife, Martha, who was barren.
The first American President owned 317 enslaved people, as did his brother, John, who owned dozens of enslaved people.

On many occasions, George Washington visited his brother John.
One of John’s slaves, West Ford (a bi-racial), who was born in 1784 at Bushfield Plantation, always claimed he was George Washington’s son and of an enslaved woman, Venus.

West Ford got his story about his father from his mother, Venus.
John Washington also owned dozens of slaves, some of whom he had sexual relationships with and impregnated at least one, according to historical records.
When West Ford turned twenty-one, the Washington set him free and gave him 160 acres of land.
How generous? He got 4 times his 40 acres long before Abraham Lincoln was born.
Sometimes, entities are selected to work in a field because of who their ancestors are, to keep the bloodline in high places, provided they are competent and possess leadership qualities.

The SPLC denies any wrongdoing.

The SPLC has since denied any wrongdoing and declared the charges unfounded.

The SPLC said it had worked in tandem with the FBI for years. The organization said it has repeatedly sent info from its informant program to the Justice Department.

And the FBI knew of its informant program and greenlit those programs to send people under cover into the KKK and Neo-Nazis tents.

“Department of Justice also knows that these confidential informants helped law enforcement put violent extremists in jail.”

The DOJ countered by saying the $3 million the SPLC gave to the hate groups actually helped the racist groups it vowed to take down.
