Rap music mogul Diddy (Sean Combs) jury reached a verdict in his seven-week trial. The jury returned a split verdict on whether Diddy was guilty, guilty on all charges.
The Federal Government charged Sean Combs, AKA P. Diddy, with five significant charges.
(1) RICO (Racketeering) of which the jury acquitted the music mogul.
(2) Sex Trafficking, of which the jury found him not guilty.
(5) Prostitution, the jury found him guilty. The fifth count, the Mann Act (Transportation charges), punished Black men for dating White women.
The 55-year-old brash and flamboyant businessman had his moment in the spotlight. He’s had his day in court, and now he’ll have his years in prison. They say the faces that you see on your way up are the same faces you see on your way down. Indeed, such is the case with Diddy.
