On Thursday, October 9, 2025, insurance lawyer Lindsey Halligan, who has only recently assumed the role of interim United States attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, made a bold move. Halligan indicted New York Attorney General Letitia (Big Tish) James.

According to reports by several news outlets, the indictment of ‘Big Tish’ James by Lindsey Halligan was a surprising turn of events, supposedly even for US Attorney General Pam Bondi. So even though Bondi sits in the chair of the top US law enforcer, being a State AG isn’t lost on her.

AG Bondi, being a former state attorney general, perhaps was reluctant to go after another state attorney general. At any given time, there are only fifty attorneys general in the United States. And they are very much aware of each other and what it entails to do the job. Washington, D.C., and 5 US territories have their own attorneys general.

They say experience is a good teacher. Sometimes it’s best to learn from the mistakes of others. Observe the behavior of horses. A horse can walk on the edge of a precipice without fear. They’re not able to grasp the concept of falling off the cliff.
There was a recent incident at Disney Land where a 4-year-old boy wandered onto a monorail track. The kid was as calm as ever, strolling down the tracks.
Once the adults saw him and started screaming, he began to panic. The adults have a concept of the ‘possibility’ of danger. The kid had no idea. They say experience is a good teacher.

It’s more likely to find a young man who wants to throw himself on a hand grenade than an older person. The concept of a horse standing on a precipice is always at play. This is not an argument on behalf of Big Tish James. Letitia James is corrupt. There is no doubt about that fact. Big Tish is slick.

As a recent graduate of the University of Miami Law School, Halligan has interned for the Innocence Project and the Miami-Dade County public defender’s office, instead of going to Morgan and Morgan.
