Yes, it was 21 years ago today when pop star Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake pulled a stripper stunt at Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show. The February 1, 2004 stunt almost ended Janet Jackson’s career, a member of America’s most iconic musical family. Today is also the celebration of the 68th Grammy Award Show. Expect worse.
The striptease sexcapade stunt that Jackson and Timber faked turned 21 today. It’s grown. It has a driver’s license. They designed the stunt to outdo Diana Ross fondling Rapper Lil Kim’s breast on stage at the 1999 VMA awards show. Motown icon Diana Ross came on stage, where Lil Kim greeted her with one of her breasts hanging out with a glitter star on it.
Some observers believed that Diana Ross became so excited at the sight of Lil Kim’s breasts that she reached out and grabbed her private parts. Some hypocrites get mad at Trump for just saying that when you’re a star, some women let you grab them by their private parts.
Today, they require that kind of behaviour from mostly Black female Rap entertainers. Most of whom are talentless strippers given a microphone to perform on television.
