Can a Mono Carnivore Diet Heal the Body of Diseases?

Yes, with proper regulation, a monogastric diet can help heal most human bodies from some diseases.
Here is how it works. In the short term, mono diets can provide health benefits by simplifying digestion and reducing the workload on your digestive system.
A meat-only or carnivore diet is a form of a mono diet. A carnivore is an animal that feeds on other animals.

Think of the digestive system as a tennis player with a racket, and someone throwing multiple balls at her at once overwhelms her, making her miss more tennis balls than she’s hitting.
Keep throwing ten or fifteen balls at a time. The player will hit one, two, or three balls each time “you” throw; he misses most of the balls.

Think of the digestive system as seven main tennis players fielding 70 tennis balls at once.

There are tremendous health benefits from most (if not all) monogastric diets.
When you throw one ball at a time, he doesn’t have to work as hard. With each break in between thrown balls, he has time to rest.
He’s not exhausted, so he hits them all, from the first ball to the last one.

That is the digestive system at work, from ingestion to digestion, to absorption, to utilization, to elimination, in other words, from mouth to butt. The workload is as easy as a Sunday morning, except when it’s overloaded. The circuit breaker kicks in.

Whenever the digestive system is overworked, it compensates by pushing off some of its work to the lymphatic system to eliminate. As in all our cases, the skin on your lovely face is a part of the lymphatic system.

In most cases or any similar case, when your digestive system is unable to keep up with processing foods, it starts pushing work onto (through) your skin on your face or other parts of the body in the form of “eczema.”

Once you started the meat-only mono diet, the workload became lighter; now the system doesn’t have to work as hard. It has time to rest and work more efficiently. Because of the efficiency, the body often loses weight. Tummy gets flat, there is a marked reduction of inflammation, the skin clears up, brain fog disappears, etc.

HOWEVER:

Keep in mind that one could consume a mono diet, eating cheese, white bread, greasy potato chips, wine, or apples, and get the same results, mostly “short-term.” In the long run, it prolongs the course of diseases and kills rapidly.

The benefit comes from the digestive system getting a break. The system has time to rest or restore itself.

According to the Holy Bible, after the chaos, the “Lord” took a break to rest or restore.

Ore is un-worked metals such as copper, iron, and gold that are essential minerals the body needs to sustain itself.

In music, there is rest throughout the performance.

Inflammation Afflicts The Nation, While Druggists Reap Exorbitant Profits.

When the musicians (the organs) play to create harmony and symphony, there are rests throughout to break the tension.

Without the rest, a long enough continuous playing would cause an implosion. Such an act would send the body (things) back into chaos.

So, long term?

A strict carnivore diet would exclude all fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes.

Long term, a person fares better on foods with fewer complex molecules for the system to break down. Animal meats contain more complex molecules, therefore harder to break down—picture bottleneck traffic on the highway.

The longer the cars take to clear the bottleneck, the more backed up the highway becomes. That causes acid reflux. Motorists get frustrated, and then road rage follows. The gut and the digestive system are in turmoil. Now, they’re fighting each other for survival.

A strict carnivore’s diet stays in the system longer. Although they work in the short run, in the long run, they leave a more acidic buildup that is harder to clear.

Most meats take about 6 hours to leave the stomach and up to 72 hours to pass through the small and large intestines of the digestive system. Uncooked meat passes through the system faster.

Most fruits take from 20 minutes to one hour to leave the stomach. Complete digestion takes about 24 hours. “Uncooked” or living fruits are more beneficial to the body’s digestive system.

Long term, in a few years, some conditions will return and could be more catastrophic. According to studies, a strict carnivore diet carries risks of nutrient deficiencies, high cholesterol, and kidney stress.”

One can die at (Diet) the table more quickly by the foods they eat. As a wise man once said, death depends on the foods we eat.

In first grade, the teacher taught past participles: Today I eat, yesterday I ate, I have eaten.

I didn’t know what the fuck she meant. I just kept repeating the phrase. Now, it’s all coming back to me.

If you just ate, don’t rush to eat another plate. Rest. Rest, release some tension, and restore.

For the record, this is not a push of one diet over the other. However, some diets are healthier than others.

The question: Can a mono-carnivore diet heal the body of diseases? Yes, but in the long term, it would do more harm than good.

A balanced plant-based diet (mono- or non-mono) helps heal the body of more diseases than meat and carries no known long-term consequences.

Before starting any unusual diet, it is important to consult your healthcare provider.
