Just one day after former FBI Director James Comey’s arraignment, New York AG Letitia (Big Tish) James has been indicted. This swift turn of events, with a federal grand jury concluding that the New York state Attorney General committed bank fraud by making false claims to a financial institution, is a significant update.
James’ indictment came almost two years to date (October 2, 2023), when the New York State civil case against Donald Trump began. NY AG Letitia James’ case alleged that businessman Donald J. Trump committed financial fraud.

All prosecution is vindictive.
NY AG James and her supporters are all crying that her indictment is a vindictive prosecution. The fact is, all prosecution is vindictive. AG Letitia James is a prosecutor. By nature and professionally, she is a vengeful person. She likes to punish people.
The Devil was the very first prosecutor. To prosecute is to seek revenge. To prosecute someone is to show a strong desire to be unforgiving.
The Biblical Eve was the first person to blame someone else for her act of disobedience, “crime.”

Seeking solace in Scripture, James went to quote the Prophet Isaiah from the Old Testament. “No weapon formed against me shall prosper,” she claims. Although this weapon is one that she formed herself, it is formidable.
“This (indictment) is nothing more than a continuation of the President’s weaponization of the justice system, AG James claims.
He’s forcing federal law enforcement agencies to do his bidding. All because I did my job as a New York State Attorney General.”
“These charges are baseless, and the President’s own public statement clarifies that his only goal is political retribution, at any cost.”
In her social media response to her indictment. New York AG James claims that she’s not fearful. Her quoting Scripture says that she’s scared. People turn to the unknown whenever they don’t know what’s coming, and they cannot control the unforeseen future. Ironically, Letitia ran a political campaign threatening to prosecute Donald Trump.
She publicly declared her intention to go after Trump.
Now that President Trump has made his intentions known to do the same to her, she cries foul.
President Trump returns the favor.
