U.S. Senate Democratic candidate Graham Platner is feeling a lot of heat from his own party for a Nazi tattoo he had painted on his body while in the Marines in 2012.
According to Platner, he got the tattoo while he was wasted away in Margaritaville searching for his lost sugar and salt.

After the media discovered a Nazi tattoo on Graham Platner’s chest, the U.S. Senate candidate apologized.

Byrd (a Dixiecrat), who entered Congress in 1952 as a Democrat, voted against the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

Regardless of his Nazi insignia, there is evidence to support the belief that Graham Platner would take such radical stands against issues that some deem important to Black people.
